This branch is complete joke. Will be closing my account. Piss poor management and even more pathetic "customer service"No lanes open to go to a teller in the drive thru. All red lights. No way to drop because they removed the box that was attached to the window. Yet there are tellers sitting on the other side of the glass just looking at you.They advertise all of these benefits and unique banking options yet they dont follow through with anything. They have been quietly changing policies to complicate their process. They also are not open at all on the weekend and close atleast 1 monday each month for "holidays" that happen the weekend prior.Stay away from this bank.

This bank literally canceled my card over .60 fraud charge . It’s going into the holiday and I won’t have a debit card for Thanksgiving or Black Friday. They canceled it on a Saturday morning which by the way they are closed. I had no way to get any money out of my account until this upcoming Monday. A lot was set up with thus debit card and I have no idea on when I’ll be getting a new one it’s taking 5-10 business days from today! I have just opened another account with PNC and I’m able to get a card immediately and set up direct deposit but now I have to wait on Monday to with draw my money and cancel the account. The absolute worse! If your thinking about banking with Renasant DONT DO IT! Not to mention they have the longest hold on pending charges and deposits.

My neighborhood branch in Norcross Ga when I get to ATM you can't make any deposit. I was recommended to me by Norcross branch try Dunwoody Branch they accept deposit ATM. I get to branch after business hours to make deposit of $200 cash. I put my card in ATM, pin # ,select deposit , ask cash or check? Cash continue ready I put $200 of $20's. ATM state can't accept bills give funds back $180 keep $20 & retAin my debit card for security purposes. I call customer service no help . But I went into bank business hour I'm happy the branch manager

I recently opened a business account at the Dunwoody branch. The staff was terrific and offered a level of service that you would May not get at the larger banks. I worked with David Anderson who took the time to assist me even though it was closing time. Very good experience!

I absolutely LOVE this location, and everytime I come through the drive through it is NEVER A WAIT. They come to the window immediately to assist me, and I'm never there more than 5 minutes. The staff is polite, and professional which is a plus for me. I love the fact that they do their job, and always take care of me. I LOVE RENASANT BANK!

Great People! I have banked at this location for over 5 years and although it has changed its management/ brand a couple times, I still feel like the people there know me when I walk in. It has never been busy inside, so there is always someone there to help me.
