Plenty of machines, not top busy the times I have gone, which are on weekends. Regular was runs $5.75-8.00, and average dryer is $1.25 - 3.25. Depends on the size you use. Can pay via an app instead of carrying change with you, but it only allows you to upload minimum $10 at a time, up to $50-100.

They have permanently closed the restroom. The reviews were pretty good so on vacation I stopped by with my two daughters and we were stuck there no restroom there was no attendant my child spilled there was nothing I could do to clean it up or get help and it was fairly clean not as nice as the picture.

Extremely satisfied with this place and like the LaundryPay option via app. Few dryer filters must be cleaned though, otherwise looks neat and clean.

I found this cleaner in neighborhood, decided to try it. Omg (did not get her name) the woman who works there is so friendly, talks to you. She explained it take couple of days for your clothes to return, since cleaning not done in laundry. The place is very clean, smells great, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I was using self service after hours and put in a ripped $5 into the machine and the machine didn’t register it. They got back to me instantly and refunded my money no questions asked. Will definitely keep coming back for the service!

For parents with a baseball player plying to Atlanta this was a great laundromat! Even saw a former Dallas Cowboy there with his baseball playing son!

I use laundry facilities all over the US. After reading reviews first I was really disappointed after using the facility! I felt it was very expensive to was and if you want warm or hot it's even more. The place was new or updated. I'm not sure if it was the owner or the manager, but he arrived around 10. He made me feel like he was watching my every move and never once asked if I needed anything. They close at 11 PM and I was done getting everything put in car. He made me feel like I needed to rush to leave. I never have felt like that before. All I can say is I won't be back!

Pure Laundry is a great concept, but not a novel one. A lot of the reviews are from people who have never used wash and fold services before. They have no clue what is great service because this is all they know. I moved to the area recently from the northeast where people use wash and fold services much more frequently and I needed wash and fold services. I have used them quite often so I knew what to expect. Pure Laundry has a good thing going - they are a monopoly in the area with a clean laundromat - which is the problem with how I was treated. I used them twice. The first time was ok, just ok - nothing special but I felt weird about it because I couldn't smell the clean in my clothes. I was a bit surprised that even with a regular wash with unscented detergent you couldn't smell anything - even the dryer sheets/fabric softener. But it was fine, it was what I chose and the delivery person was quite pleasant. It "worked" for me. But let's get to time #2. I asked for scented detergent (because I wanted to see the difference) and also asked for clorox - again because I like smelling laundry with that clean and fresh smell and wanted to compare #1 with #2. To my surprise my clothes smelled the exact same as before. A couple days later (I went away for the weekend) I unpacked my clothes as found that the whites didn't seem white from a clorox wash and my clothes had no smell at all. So I took a white sleeveless shirt that I normally sleep in out to wear to bed and the same stain in the front that I sent to laundry was in the shirt. It still didn't dawn on me until I spoke to a friend of mine the next day and we washed it in her washer and THE STAIN CAME OUT. So we both looked at the remaining clothes and they didn't look clean. There certainly was no fresh smell at all or smell of detergent - which I was upcharged for as this time I deliberately chose a scented detergent and clorox. I brought this to the attention of the business after I decided to wash the rest of my clothes over again at my friends but not before I took a picture of a blue t-shirt that was obviously soiled. I sent the following message via text: "Good morning. I was looking through some of my clothes and they just aren't clean. I'd asked for Clorox in my whites and I have a white t shirt that's still stained. I don't feel you got any of my clothes clean. I won't be using going forward as the first time I felt the same but now I have evidence. Thank you." Here was their response: "We are sorry to learn you are not happy. We are a wash and fold service and with that we do not check individual garments for stains nor treat stains, unless specified and then there is an accessorial charge. We wash, dry and fold all clothes received. Many stains that are untreated may not be removed during the wash process. However, this does not mean your load of clothes is not clean. Stain detailing is done at a more detailed service level such as dry cleaning or a laundry press level. Our equipment is top of the line and offers an excellent clean. Adding Clorox does not automatically make all whites white. Sometimes it takes several cleanings to get clothes in shape that have been neglected for some time. We also offer an oxiclean soak that also can improve whiteness. We will miss you, but understand you have the choice to select a business/laundry that is best suited for you." My response: "This is not about an individual garment. I've inspected my clothes and they aren't clean. Your response after the first line is exuding (sp - excusing) your poor performance. You are a wash and fold service. My clothes should look washed. I'll be happy to include your response in the review I write and we can let future customers decide." My problem with the response is the lack of ANY ATTEMPT to fix it. And outside the first line I have a paragraph of excuses. They nickel and dime you for clorox, scented detergent, oxi clean wash, etc , blah blah blah. You should at least be a

Just had my husband’s Brooks Brother shirts cleaned here, and they didn’t even bother to scrub the collars and sleeves! What’s worse, they completely ripped one shirt apart! These shirts are only a few month old and we still have receipt from when we bought them, but the lady at Pure Laundry kept saying the shirts are too old which was the reason why the shirts got ripped and couldn’t get cleaned.THE WORST PLACE. EVER!
