Couldn't recommend Phillips and Company more ! We worked with Byron and he did an absolute AMAZING job. In this market , he knew how to get it done and my wife and I are soooo excited and happy to say we are now homeowners! Byron helped us through ever step of the way and is still someone we stay in contact with because of his expert knowledge. Highly HIGHLY recommend working with him !

Home buying is extremely stressful by it's nature. Shelter is one of the 3 basic necessities for every human, and so when things go wrong buying a home there is an existential dread associated with it. I learned this in the craziness of my last few months of homebuying: Things go wrong a LOT due to no fault of your own, and when they do you want a competent and responsive team behind you. This team truly cares far beyond the scope of their job and won't ignore you until the next days. While it is a simple fact that nobody cares about your house as much as you do- this team gets really close.I am truly 100% confident that I would not have gotten my current house had it not been for the tireless efforts of Crystal and her team. I can also say for certain- when I go to sell my house someday, P&Co will be the first people I turn to. If you're shopping around for a real estate company, you just found a gem.
