After 40+ years of being with state farm and I call to get a quote to get a quote to add a car and I'm told they will call me back when they do I'm informed be cause we had made some house claims in 2022 a pipe burst in the house had some roof damage and maybe a fender bender and they have decided not to renew our policies. Insurance companies have no loyalty or leeway and will drop you for only using the service that your paying them to provide. I don't even recognize the world we live in you pay for insurance ,plans hold your end of the bargain and this is what you get if you are a high risk or suspect in fraudulent claims that's one thing. Sorry state farm you business is insurance and claims do happen.

I never met Mr Wiggins.I did speak with Sandra Chisholm regarding a quote for home & auto insurance.Ms Chisholm was very professional and I could hear a smile in her voice as she explained my options. I felt it was a fair quote. Unfortunately we were transferred to an other state.I recommend the Phillip Wiggins, JR Agency, especially if you get to speak with Sandra Chisholm. She know her business and is a great asset to State Farm.

They used to be very helpful but over the past 6 months the customer service has gone downhill. They have changed my rates 3 times in the past 5 months and have not been able to offer me an explanation. Every time I call they seem just as confused as I am and always promise to call me right back with some answers or at least more info. They never do and when I reach back out to them after a week or two they have nothing to tell me and I get the impression that they are saying whatever they can to just get me off the phone

I was mistakenly changed 60 extra dollars in the name of uninsured motor vehicle paperwork. One of the customers service representative assured me to reinverse the money but Phillip denied to do anything about it.
