This store no longer ever has any cashiers. Instead they installed full sized SELF CHECKOUT lanes. If you're going to make me do all the work the grocery prices should be cheaper. I'd rather pay slightly more at Publix to not only get cashiers but also overall better customer service. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Went in this morning for a balloon bouquet. Nobody in the entire produce department for several minutes, so I went up front. Nobody at the service desk at all. Buckley was on a cash register and is very poor at customer service. He sarcastically told me to grab any produce employee to help me instead of calling for someone. When I explained to him that there was nobody over there, he actually followed me over there to prove whether someone was there or not. Very unprofessional when he could have just made the page. Angie is very nice.

Way too expensive way too long to check out, it's set up to save money you have to spend more money to get savings

This Kroger is going down hill. Two days in a row I come in and there’s only self check out open which is cool, I’m fine with self check out, but when it gets backed up and people are waiting 10-15 minutes because there’s only one attendant in the front it becomes ridiculous. Two days in a row I just had to leave. Being this understaffed in my opinion is just unacceptable definitely when everything I turn around Krogers is asking for more money.

The pharmacy is horrible. I had to switch pharmacies since they don't refill my prescriptions that are on auto refill until I have to call them about it, but I can rarely get ahold of them over the phone to get any medications refilled or speak to somebody about a question or issue. I can't tell you how many times I've ended up not having my medication for days at a time, monthly, due to running out (even though I start trying to refill at least 1 week in advance) because they will not auto refill my medications, or even answer their phone at all, despite multiple calls to their pharmacy during the week. My new pharmacy has called 6-7 times in one day to attempt to get the remainder of my prescriptions transfered to the new pharmacy, but even they cannot get ahold of Kroger's pharmacy to transfer them out. I had to call the Kroger manager this month to get her to walk over to the pharmacy to see if the phone was even working to be able to talk to a pharmacist and even after explaining everything, they told me that my new pharmacy has to call them, despite, their repeated attempts throughout the day and obvious issues getting ahold of them. She also said that she'd seen their calls pop up onto caller ID a few times that day, but I guess she wasn't bothered to call the pharmacy back since my issue is still not resolved and once again, I'm stuck without my medication due to things I cannot control and endless issues with this Kroger Pharmacy. On top of that, their refill option on the app doesn't work and your meds will never be filled if you try using the app instead. It's infuriating and unprofessional (not to mention negligent, since so many people need medications for important health issues, plus, withdraw effects from sudden stoppong of medications like I've had to do for several months now can be very dangerous), and I will no longer be using them as my pharmacy. I cannot keep missing medication like I've been forced to to the last several months.

Stood in line for 20 min with 9 items because only 5 (out of many) self checkout lanes were open with just 1 clerk. I assume this is supposed to save costs, but none of that savings is passed on in the prices. Walmart, Trader Joe's, and Costco are all much better value.

The cake section is just sad. Mother’s Day was decked OUT, but Father’s Day doesn’t even have a good meat selection? And having 4/10 Self Checkouts open? You took away real cashiers, replaced them with robots, and now turned those off? You need to do better for our community.

Wow…Kroger you guys are not trying to hide it anymore. Why put this on the shelf to be bought. This is disgusting, and I will not be retuning to Kroger to put breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the table for my family.
5/26/24 ….Kroger why can’t I leave another review? I mean I’m all about purchasing high quality products. I shopped here for years, and the fact that this store is just the lowest of the low is beyond me. The meats are just not great. I now have to purchase my meats from a local butcher. The chicken I seen the other day was just disgusting. Why sell it at a reduced price just throw it out. The discoloration of the meat is just eww. Who wants gray meat?? Not me and my family.

Yesterday, at about 1 pm, an extremely unpleasant and degrading incident occurred to me at Kroger Chamblee Dunwoody. I work as a caregiver with a woman whose birthday was 85 yesterday. At lunchtime I decided to go to Kroger and buy her flowers and a cake. In addition to this, I saw good prices on strawberries and bell peppers (weekly offer). When I finished shopping and was about to go back, I discovered that Kroger had mistakenly charged the wrong amount (original price without coupons). Since the money was not there mine, I returned to the custom center to get the money difference back. There were two rather large lines at the customer center, I got into one of them... it took about 20 minutes... my turn came and the manager or seller (I don’t know) refused to help me, citing the fact that he does not return goods ..sent me to another line...AND INVITED THE NEXT ONE WHO WAS IN THIS QUEUE BEHIND ME.
