Thank you so much to the amazing sales associate who helped me today! It was my birthday so I went in to find something special to buy with my discount. Ended up going to the Color Bar and absolutely fell in love! The amount of options is amazing and the girl helping me was so sweet and tried so many different options out with me! Absolutely recommend this location!

This was my first visit and the experience was decent. There is a lot to choose from. I was struggling to find a necklace for my daughter and the clerk provided me with various options and resolution to my size issue.

Was very disappointed in this location. I went in the other day looking for a gift for my boyfriends mom and I was dressed super bummy (leggings hoodie and my vest running shoes) first of all no one greeted me or offered any assistance. Fine but when I saw then immediately assisting people who were more well dressed I caught onto the vibe. Every time I asked a question it felt as if I was a burden and I was met with short responses and they would go back to their conversation. I even went up to them at one point with a bracelet and asked if it came in other sizes. The ladies didn't even really look at the piece and told me "yea no" and immediately went back to their conversation. Come to find out I looked online and it does come in other sizes, but did they bother to even check? Nope! Don't come here if you don't want to be profiled because they will just assume the type of money you have in your pockets based on your attire. I work in retail too so I'm usually super understanding but this was unacceptable and I hope they all find better attitudes and I hope they don't make others feel this way too.

My sister and I stopped in to browse gifts for her soon to be bridesmaids. From the time we walked in the door to the completion of our transaction, we had the most delightful experience. Maddy and Madison made this such an enjoyable visit with their great customer service and willingness to help us with our selection process. Will most definitely be returning for all of our special gift needs! These girls rock.

Friendly service here, but the jewelry does not hold up well. I bought a necklace for $70 at Christmas time, and 4 months later it’s completely tarnished. Very over priced for something that only lasts a few months.

I went to Kendra Scott a few weeks ago and the short blond girl gave excellent customer service. She is the reason I want to come back to Kendra Scott to buy more. I'm not Quite sure what her name was but she was the glue to that place. she is absolutely the best worker I've ever seen in my life. She gave me a replacement for my necklace and did it fast efficient and flawless. She needs a promotion!

My favorite Kendra location. This past Sunday, I had a fantastic experience because of Bevan and I'll defiantly be back. The store was obviously very busy, but she never rushed me, took the time to help me shop, and made sure I left with the best stones in my earrings. It was so nice to see someone care about the customer experience.
