There was a shoe on sale, literally waited like an hour to get it but they couldn’t find it supposedly. This has happened to me twice already. When I go in there and the shoe is on sale and they can’t find it.

Awful customer service. It was not even the fact thats it’s the holidays and ppl are over worked and stressed it is just awful customer service.

I went into the store today with a bit of a complicated exchange. Marquis and Ashton were amazing in their willingness, ability, and speed to help me out. They made the process really smooth and it was such a pleasant experience, I felt compelled to leave a review to let them know how much I appreciated their service. Little things like this can make or break your day, so I really appreciate both of you!

Terrible experience. I was checking out shoes on display and tried a few. Then a staff came and said you can’t try display shoes because shoes got “messed up”. Well, that’s a first I have seen in any shoe stores. If you don’t want to sell shoes, don’t place them on the shelves!

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. They do have some exclusives, but they charge more than the footlocker, which is 3 doors down on regular shoes. Everyone who works there acts like they hate their jobs and love to take it out on the customers that help keep them employed. I'm guessing they don't have any sort of management that keeps them in check. Please hope you don't have to call in. They will not give a chance to speak, will hang up on you, or say they are going to put you on hold indefinitely. Today i kept calling to ask 1 question, if they didn't hang up, then they put me on hold for 5 minutes them hung up, one time they answered and just sat the phone down. That was super professional, i bet that tactic the store owner must teach all its employees and locations. It's quite possibly the worst shopping experience inPerimeter Mall. Avoid them if you can.

"The way of organizing is totally stupid." I can't believe that one as a customer is given the tennis sample, and the other pair is left in the box in the registration area. After making a long line to get to the cash register, it turns out that the pair that is in that box is not the same size that one goes when buying, and simply the excuse is that someone gave the pair to another customer. That's really stupid.

Place had a decent selection of shoes, but the service and pricing were less than great. Went in and found some shoes I wanted to try on, but had to wander the store trying to find someone to help. When I did finally find someone they scanned the shoes and brought out a pair for me to try. Oddly, they only let you try one shoe and put the other behind the counter.I decided to get them because they were on sale. Went to checkout, and the person rang them up for $40 more than listed. I asked and brought the shoe from the floor to show the sale price. She told me the shoe on the wall had the wrong sticker and price and it wasn't on sale. They said the sticker on the shoe was to a different pair of shoes. This was the same sticker the other person had used to scan me a pair to try on, but suddenly it was wrong and she wanted me to pay full price.I got a very bad feeling and declined the purchase. Bad customer service and deceiving prices means I won't go back. Take that for what you will, but I shop elsewhere.

You want bad customer service this the place to be. I had worst experience today of all shoe stores. This on employee was literally using profanity and snapping at customer on the sales floor. JD Sports Perimeter Mall y’all can do better by having nicer employees. Pic of the rude and impolite employee below

I given this store so many chances from now on I’ll travel 20 - 40 min away to avoid the ruckus this store offers. The customer service is awful the mgmt and employees are really tarnishing the JD Sports brand. I won’t go in detail about things that are very evident about this location. Now I truly see why there google rating is so low (2.6) to be frank, I’m never returning.

I bought a pair of Airmax 270 thinking I was buying an exclusive pair, color way, and my sneakers are fake. I went to the Nike website typed in the SKU number of the authentic Airmax 270 that I bought from Nike and they popped up on the website. When I typed in the SKU number for the Airmax 270's that I bought from JD's Nike could not find a product that matches the SKU. I've learned my lesson, I'm only buying from department stores or the source. The nerve of JD to charge the same price Nike charges for fake sneakers!!!! Never again!!! I might make a tiktok about this store so no one else will get duped like I did.

I felt welcomed soon as I walked in by all the welcoming smiling faces. I’m usually an indecisive person so I was back and forth on about 5 different shoes and Cam helped me and stayed patient with me the whole time! He showed great customer service and had presence/awareness for customers and I’m very thankful for that.

This store is so unorganized. It’s hard to tell who works there and who’s shopping. The process to getting the shoe size needed would be nice if the associate assisting is communicative. I waited 20 minutes to get my shoes because the person helping just walked away. After I found them and asked for an update I was told that my shoes were at the counter. This whole experience drained me. Will never go back.

Great customer service. Cam, Vonta , and Bj really helped me out! Fabian showed hard work and great customer service soon as I walked in. These guys are great!
