The owners are honest and their integrity is unquestionable. They seemed to have an issue with one installer, and they were quick to work on a resolution without me getting involved, which is rare with a business. Update: The owner is lying as I stated I am out of State and I never received a response. I sent photos and he just told me to come into the shop. Tried to file a complaint with the BBB but this business is not registered! WARNING!! AVOID!!!!Ignore the owners reviews!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!I came here about six months ago for PPE, ceramic coating, and taillight tint. I should have written this soon as I've been told this location has issues.I had to make a couple trips as the PPE came off on the mirrors and they were out of taillight tint the first visit.After about a month the taillight tint peeled off because they applied it during a rain storm and it did not adhere. That was a waste of $150 and more as I ordered tint and did it myself.The worst part is once the weather cleared and I was able to detail the car myself. I noticed that the wheels and the lower trim had permanent swirl marks in dirt. Apparently they didn't clean the wheels or the lower areas before applying the ceramic coating.. Now it won't come off.I asked for a refund, but after responding with details I was ignored by the owner.

Highly recommend! I had my truck ceramic coated and windows tinted. The results were exactly what I was looking for. Aaron explained to me what the process would be like and how long it would take. I will be using Immaculate Details of Atlanta again.

Immaculate detail is the go to place for all things detail and wrap. I called in for quote and it was, for me, slightly above competitive pricing BUT the workmanship and attention to detail was superb. My car had a detail with ceramic coating and now it’s as glossiest it’ll ever be. I want to thank Erin for personally handling my vehicle with care and has gone the upmost extra mile from communication to throwing some extra services and even helping with a dead battery. He was able to get me in quickly and knock everything out within a half day. His professionalism and passion for what he does is exemplified in his detailed work. Had Aaron to applied the Gold Package of Ceramic Pro 9H to my 2022 F250, he did a fantastic job. I will come back in 2 weeks time to post pictures after the 2 week curing stage. He also tinted the front side windows to match the factory tint of the back passenger windows. Great job great price. Great guy!Derrick L Gray

Requesting a estimate with all exact details was like "pulling teeth". My client couldn't receive requested information as "owner" only wants to conduct things according to personal preference. The upsell questions for more things other than specified was not needed, it made the request more complicated. Was not able to communicate with other options like photos of the vehicle or a mock up for visuals. Requesting my client to stop what they are doing to meet when there is a PR involved was not a solution to a estimate. Please specify on marketing this business prefers to speak to OWNERS only and that you cannot supply estimates. We did not incur this issue with other merchants whether it was a email or other communications, they got to the point for specifics reviewed/requested photos, and supplied exact details. Thanks for reading!
