WE had some roof damage recently and I had to call Farmers to make a claim. The adjuster came to the house within a couple days and processed the claim quickly and to our satisfaction. We are very happy with Farmers and our agent Bob O'Brien in the Dunwoody office.

Robert is not an ‘insurance shop’ where you “call in and get a rate”. Robert has been in the insurance industry for the past 23 years servicing clients all over and it shows in his interactions. Our family and friends rely on the O’Brien agency for our requirements – autos, boats, homes, life, and umbrella. Mr. O’Brien has provided us with stellar service, professionalism, and genuine care. Bob is a true professional who gives each of his clients the time and personal attention needed to make informed decisions while also educating them on the various options available. While similar businesses may rely on quantity over quality Bob is a welcome 'throwback' to a time when personal attention and knowledge was what was most important.

I had a negative experience in an email exchange with this guy. I'm not sure why his email is even listed on the website given his apparent refusal to answer a simple question. Thru 4 email exchanges, he repeatedly directed me to his secretary to make an appointment with him, then he finally offered a vague general overview: a broad non-informative reply on the level from which my question originated. Really, just list the email of Liz, your secretary, if you're not going to answer any questions.Further, it seemed typical that by mid morning, he was still unaware of his own appointments on any given day- unorganized? clueless? Perhaps situationally excusable... but he sure wanted me to make an appointment.The million dollar question?:"What type of information would I need to have about potential beneficiaries on a life insurance policy?"His eventual non-answer included a list of things we'd go over, including "beneficiaries" as the third or forth item.Go sell used cars, Robert.If you're looking for a Farmers Agent, go to the Jason Phillips agency nearby- read my review there.

Bob is a seasoned insurance professional. He has been our Farmers agent since he opened and checks on us when we have a claim. I highly recommend his agency. He and Liz do a great job! Friendly and thorough!

I could not be happier with Robert as our agent. He always guides us in the right direction. His office is super friendly and approachable they get back to you right away. They're the first ones to go to bat for you and it provides my family true comfort in knowing that we have their support behind us. Excellent knowledge, customer support, and responsiveness.
