“I have been seeing Dr. Rogers at Family Practice (and associates when he's not available) since I moved to Atlanta more than 25 years ago. They are a teaching practice which I appreciate even if it takes a little more time. They are extremely thorough and never rushed and I feel like I have a good rapport with my doctor. He takes me and my health concerns seriously and patiently. His students are always thoughtful as well. My husband and son also use the practice (and my daughter probably will also when she graduates from her pediatrician). Insurance billing and copay has always gone smoothly and prescriptions come through quickly or they're handed to you for you to fill as necessary. There is evidence to support that teaching practices yield better care and my experiences here back this up. A wonderful place for lifelong care.”

“I’ve been to this practice a handful of times, and each time it’s been super super clean. And very thorough and fast. The online appointment scheduling is great too. I went yesterday for a stomach bug, and the medical team wanted me to go to the hospital for some additional screening. The Westside Med medical staff called me several hours after my appt to make sure I made it to the hospital & was recovering ok. That touch of customer service will have me returning for sure.”

“I have been going to Dr. Jasmine Konn for a number of years. She is very thorough in her exams, she makes healthy choice recommendations to deal with issues and not just suggesting prescriptions. She has a warm temperament and really cares about her patients. I highly recommend!”

“I have always had a good experience with Dr. Aaron & I recently had a great visit with Dr. Ramshur. My cold was viral - which is frustrating because antibiotics/steroids don’t necessarily treat the virus. But Dr. Ramshur assured me that I was not malingering & that my symptoms tracked with something that was going around. He made suggestions for over the counter meds I should take & told me what symptoms to look for that would indicate an infection or that I was getting worse. More than anything, I felt heard & I felt that Dr. Ramshur, the nurses & office staff were all patient, thorough, and thoughtful even though it was a busy Monday morning. As a minority woman, it’s always comforting when a physician who doesn’t look like you, truly sees you & hears you. It’s priceless.”

“These reviews are so incredibly unfair. I have been coming to Dr. Boyd for years- yes the wait times are long sometimes, he actually cares and takes time with his patients. I am very happy with all of the staff. Actually the first doctor that has ever actually cared at all!!! “Dr.P has been god sent to my family. I am a single mom suffering from several disabilities and also have disabled children. It has been a struggle finding help for me and my twin boys because of the severity of their disabilities but this doctor actually does care!!!!! He didn’t make me or my kids feel unwanted or uncomfortable and he has been happy to treat us and I appreciate that. Wait times are shorter than believable and the staff is also amazing!!! “Greetings I truly apologize to you guy's that had a rude horrible experience at Lavista family medicine...Dr Gee was my Dr for over 25 amazing year's!!! And she vared more about her patients than money!!! There were plenty of times I didn't have the money to pay for my meds she would lead me up with samples...and don't forget about the young lady named Lily who stayed with her til her husband married her and she barred children but Tatyana was the best Dr in Tucker I'm saddened that she has gone she even gave me her personal number if I needed her when the office was closed...Great job done Dr Gee??????❣?”

“I thought I had a great doctor of 25 years until he retired recently. I changed to Dr Mark Tanner and now I know what a great Doctor really is. He is the closest thing you will get to a Dr Welby in his bedside manner, concern, knowledge. He takes the time with you to figure out what is wrong. He has a little trouble with his staff because they are just learning and you may have to wait a little while in the waiting room, BUT it is all worth it because when you are seeing Dr Tanner in the examing room it is all about you. He is good about calling you back personally instead of a staff member. I glad my old doctor retired as I now have a Doctor who cares”

“Dr. Reznik is absolutely amazing!! The staff has always been helpful to me. Dr. Reznik always goes above and beyond for his patients. I've been seeing him since 2006 when he was in Marietta and I cannot put into words how much he's helped me over the years. I completely trust him with my care. I have referred my mother to him as well as many of my friends. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on Dr. Burkmar because I have never been her patient. You won't be disappointed with the treatment Dr. Reznik provides.Furthermore, I'm really disappointed after reading the reviews of some of the other patients. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company NOT your insurance company and the doctor or the office. Please stop tossing your card on the counter thinking all of your healthcare needs will be covered. It is your responsibility to know what your policy covers! Call your insurance company beforehand and find out. This is your responsibility as the patient. It's also not the office's job to do an insurance verification. It's a convenience they provide but for some reason, over the years, its become the norm. Dr. Reznik is very busy...when I book my physical, I book it after my last one because I know how busy he gets. Look at it this way, he's booked up because he's excellent at what he does. If you have to change your schedule because of work and they can't squeeze you in that's not the fault of the office. That's your fault and the fault of your job for changing your schedule. I've never read so many entitled reviews.I'm very picky who I see for my healthcare needs! If I'm willing to send my mother here...that speaks volumes. Dr. Reznik is a dying breed of doctor. He takes ample time with every patient and truly listens to your complaints and needs. I promise you cannot go wrong with this office.”

“This office really cares about people!!!My daughter and I ran into hard times and she was unemployed and uninsured. Just like life always happens when you hit hard times my daughter got sick and was in discomfort. I spent 4 hours calling med plus and urgent care clinics hoping to find an office that would take us considering all the circumstances, without charging an arm and a leg. Money at the time we don't have. By the grace of God the receptionist at this doctors office met us with compassion and true human empathy. Something that is so rare these days. They got us an emergency appointment. Afiong even wrote down additional info to help us get her insured and help until she can find work.
