Dr. Pineda misdiagnosed me purposely, rolled her eyes when I suggested a diagnosis that was later confirmed by rheumatology, refused to treat my pain stating I “refused referral to pain management”, and had a generally rude bedside manner. Emory was “not allowed” to give me the clinical director’s contact info to escalate, and their patient advocate department never returned my call. Stay far away.

When Seyfried and Henderson left, the practice went downhill. Henderson retired. Dr Seyfried moved to direct primary care. He still sees patients on a subscription basis (about $100 a month for all-the-doctor-you-want). Do yourself a favor. Track him down and don't touch Emory Healthcare. (Personally, I suspect Seyfried and Henderson couldn't stand Emory either.)

I have been a patient here for over 15 years. Dr. Rogers and Dr. Henderson were the best. Now, with the switch over with Emory you don't get a telephone call back. I had labs done over a week ago, results are up on the portal. Crickets. I sent a message to Dr. Pineda. Nothing. I will not be a patient at this practice any longer. Find another doctor and don't waste your time.

Absolutely the worst doctor and doctors office in Atlanta. The office will hang up on you and lie to your face about anything to get you off the phone. They will not call you back or even get off their butts to go talk to the doctor. Dr Pineda cares more about protecting herself then caring for her patients. To be fair this office used to be good when dr Seyfried was there but has gone down hill quick after they switched over to Emery and he left. Safe yourself the headache and find another doctor.

Still not taking new patients. They have enough business already. Look elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Rogers at Family Practice (and associates when he's not available) since I moved to Atlanta more than 25 years ago. They are a teaching practice which I appreciate even if it takes a little more time. They are extremely thorough and never rushed and I feel like I have a good rapport with my doctor. He takes me and my health concerns seriously and patiently. His students are always thoughtful as well. My husband and son also use the practice (and my daughter probably will also when she graduates from her pediatrician). Insurance billing and copay has always gone smoothly and prescriptions come through quickly or they're handed to you for you to fill as necessary. There is evidence to support that teaching practices yield better care and my experiences here back this up. A wonderful place for lifelong care.

Made me wait 10 minutes on phone to tell me they don't have room for new patients for 8 months...guess they have enough business, don't need or seem to want your call. Look elsewhere.
