The doctors and staff here are very professional and courteous. There may be lower priced vets in the area, but I feel like the expertise and care here are worth it.

The clinic is very welcoming and take amazing care of your animals. I had the pleasure of speaking with AMAYA for a bit and she was extremely nice and had great hospitality.

VCA Dunwoody, took very good care of my puppy. During his teeth cleaning period they followed up frequently after his procedure and made me feel like they really cared.

We love them. Our almost 12 nr old miniature dachshund has had a number of issues recently. They are very kind dealing with her and show a lot of compassion.

Just don't. Staff unprofessional & outright LIED about a phone conversation. Did not accept any "culpability" for the situation where my dog was left without her pain meds for an entire weekend.......

Unprofessional place, don’t bother coming here.We scheduled an initial puppy appointment and were asked to submit vaccination records. We did, yet when we arrived we had to wait over 40 min for the vet assistant to tell us they had not reviewed them, and that they wanted them in another format. Told us to leave and reschedule if we wanted hahaha no, thanks.Wasted my time once, but not again

I'm very happy I take my cat to VCA Dunwoody. They are very sweet with her and accommodating to her anxiety- even doing part of the exam while she laid in the sink because that's where she was most comfortable! They were kind and gentle during the exam and explained everything thoroughly to me.

I went here yesterday for the first time w/my dog Mindy. Mindy is very nervous/scared in new places, and the entire team treated her with such gentle care and compassion. It’s more expensive than my previous vet, however the quality shows here! My other vet cannot compare to VCA Dunwoody. Highly recommend going here if you are new to the area like me and Mindy <3

We just wanted to thank the Staff here. They did everything they could to save our baby yesterday. While he didn’t make it, how much they cared about him and us meant so much. I could see it in their faces. We will always bring our animals here. Thank you all so much.

My dog Atlas is a Care Club member at this location and Dr. Oliver is his vet. She is very kind and knows how to deal with my dog who is always nervous at the vet. The staff working here are very kind as well, they make sure they remember your fur baby by their names. They also work hard to make sure every customer is happy. When there were some issues with vaccinations not being covered due to me moving to a different state and not continuing Atlas's careclub membership, they were kind enough to offer free services to make up for it! Atlas and I are going to miss Dr. Oliver and everybody working here dearly!

My dog came here originally during covid when you weren't allowed to go inside. Because he was a puppy, he had to come frequently for vaccinations. We also brought him a few times to have his toenails trimmed. With each visit to this vet, our dog began demonstrating behavioral issues-- that worsened each time he came here. These issues began as reactivity to having a leash put on him or a harness put on him that eventually evolved into a full on need to protect himself. We never knew what went on inside the vet office because we weren't allowed inside, however it was clear that he was being handled aggressively or forcefully. One particular experience was with a blonde haired vet tech, that begrudgingly brought him back to the car and said "next time he needs to be sedated. We all had to fight him for 10 minutes". She had the worst attitude about it. Explain why you wouldn't just ask the owner to come inside. If a dog has an issue with sitting still for something would you maybe consider that he's a puppy and is afraid and a common face would help? We will not bring any animals here. We do not trust these people.

Brought a stray cat that needed some help and they helped me check for a microchip and then gave me a towel for her cage. Great people !

I’m not sure why everyone rates VCA so highly. They’re nice people, but they ABSOLUTELY try to talk you into their insurance plan (which you can’t get out of without paying what you’ve had done, but they don’t tell you that!)Plus they are NOTORIOUS for recommending unnecessary surgeries. Why would you put your pet through that? They quoted my chihuahua for a $3000 knee surgery she doesn’t even need. I’m glad I went for a second opinion. I could have spent $3k only for her to be in worse condition. Now I’ve moved and can’t get out of their BS insurance plan without paying what I’ve used..a plan that’s not transferable, even to another VCA facility! What a racket!

We love the Dunwoody VCA.! They're excellent at record keeping and set proactive appointments keeping us up to date on Bonnies vaccinations. They're always excited to see Bonnie and we trust them to help us make the best decisions in caring for her. Bonnie is always a bit nervous but comes out happy. The VCA is great at answering questions over the phone and in-socially-distanced-person. Appointments are scheduled pretty quick and within a very reasonable time frame, and it's nice to have the 24/7 emergency location nearby in Roswell in case it is ever needed.
