I brought a faux leather purse in about a month ago to have one snap put on it keep the open top closed.The woman that helped said she would have to ask "him," I'm assuming the owner, if he can do it and she would have him call me when he comes in. He was due to be in a couple days. About a week or two later I called and spoke to the woman again and she was surprised he hadn't called me, but she would make a note and make sure he did next time he was in (a day or two). Never heard. Went into the store about a week later and it was still sitting on the shelf untouched. Again, she was surprised and again, said he would call me.Last week I went in the store and the snap had been put on the purse. The price on the ticket was $30. The cost of the purse itself was $30. No one had called me about it ever, not to mention, about the outrageous cost. I asked the woman to have the owner call me, but no one has called. Surprise.I am done with this business.

I brought a purse here (they also do cobbler stuff) to have a snap put at the top to keep it closed. Was told that the owner would call me and tell me if it could be done and how much it would cost. I never heard anything, and stopped in after few weeks, was told he had not had a chance to look at it, but would soon and would call me (person I spoke to was always surprised that he hadn't called yet). I heard nothing, so called a few weeks later. Again, was told he hadn't looked at it yet, but she would make sure he saw it soon and he would be calling soon. After weeks, I stopped in again, the ONE snap was on the purse and the charge was $30. This price was ridiculous and no one had called me-- they just put a snap on. I wonder if they would ever have called. The purse itself was $30, but I like it, so had no choice but to pay the $30 if I wanted it back, I asked the employee to have the owner call me. She said he would and I never heard from him.I won't be returning.

We have been using Mr. Nash's dry cleaning and alteration services for over ten years, and his customer service is top notch! He always carries my clothes out to the car for me, and he does it with a smile on his face. He makes you feel like family! He's even stayed late at the store after closing time so that I could pickup or drop off business clothes that needed to be rushed before out of town travel.

I recommend this cleaners for the handling of any silks or clothes of treasured fabric. Nash, the owner, has rescued any number of my favorite pieces. If he can't take care of a problem I have created, I know no one can.
