Ordered a arrangement for day after Thanksgiving delivery for a bday. Spoke to them Friday as day of delivery. Was never told they were out of items and things were being changed etc. Received a picture from bday person. I was SHOCKED $160 arrangement looked like a DYI and nothing like what I ordered. (Pictures below) had I never seen a picture I would have had no idea what a unprofessional sloppy arrangement was sent. They asked how to make it right but how do you make it right? They did give a $100 discount but honestly i am embarrassed to have sent something like this for a special birthday. I would rather have had the lovely arrangement I ordered vs a $100 credit .If you order do yourself a favor and make sure it will A) look like the picture B) have whomever receives it send a picture to confirm C) have them discuss any changes that will be made .

Awful service. Order flowers to be delivered to the hospital, and they rejected the order without telling me! Never called, no email. Over priced and no customer service. Made a difficult time worse! Do not use this place.

Extremely political neighbor. Visual noise most of the time for years with political signs everywhere. No matter her position no one wants to seedozens of signs every time you pass the street going and coming home.

I have a wonderful story to tell about Nina at Dunwoody Flowers. My sister ordered flowers for me to be sent at Valentine's. She was feeling guilty because she forgot my birthday on the first. It was a beautiful full arrangement with star gazer lillies, red roses , alstmeira lillies and lots of pretty filler.lm not sure when it arrived but I found it on my front porch late Friday night. It was very cold that day. I didn't know they were there because my garage is in back. By Sunday morning I realized water was leaking out of the round vase because it has a very fine crack close to the bottom. So I had to take the flowers our and put them in another vase I had. Needless to say, my expensive flower s didn't look the dame.After a few days, I called and explained what happened. Today I arrived home and found a gorgeous bouquet of daisies and other flowers on my back porch. THANK YOU NINA. You are my florist forever.

Rarely have I experienced such outstanding customer service! Nani called to explain that her delivery truck didn't make it to the shop with the plant I had ordered. Hearing my disappointment, she drove to a nursery and found an even more spectacular plant for my friend's birthday! I cannot recommend her highly enough!! Thank you!!
