Avoid Avoid!! They charged 1 hour labor (159 dollars) to un bolt and rebolt all 4 wheels. Hardly 15 mins. They need to Hire skilled workers instead of dumb workers.

Impressed by the service of the support team here, especially Aurora. I had a manufacturing problem (tire wasn't properly sitting on the rim) with new tires on my new car which they helped diagnose and fix on a few different occasions. They were patient in finding the problem and helped seal the leaks once and for all. Super helpful and great customer service at this location

Aurora deserves top pay for her customer service. It’s truly unmatched.Yesterday I had my brake pads replaced and today I’m getting new tires and an oil change. She went the extra mile to ensure my car was well taken of. The service workers are also very nice and efficient. My brake service was done in about 30 minutes. This Mavis is a great location overall

Was looking for a new shop for routine maintenance and tried out Mavis today. Was a great experience - Aurora (Manager) was transparent with me on the wait times (I came in way early for my appointment) but still pushed to get me worked in. Had to have additional work done and she gave me quick and transparent pricing. Checking out was exactly what she said (which doesn't always happen at other places). I will be going back for my regular maintenance.

I've been a long time Mavis customer for many years. When I went into your Dunwoody location there were no parking places so I parked in the one space that was in front of the garage. I got out of my car the assistant manager who was very kind and professional told me not to park there. I was frustrated and I asked where I should Park he said to pull up in front of the office. I was walking to my car to move it when you're loud mouth rude female tire technician yelled at me to move my car. I told her to lose the attitude and she came back with an even ruder response to which I responded in kind.
Your assistant manager was handling the situation and I was moving the vehicle to allow them to back out the car when this woman would not let it go. You need to train your employees to let the manager handle the situation. The manager had handled it perfectly, and as a customer I did not need to be yelled at by some miserable female employee who clearly hates her life.

The team at Mavis was exceptional today. The manager Aurora was so courteous, professional, and communicative about the situation with our car. The technician was thorough and efficient. They were short staffed due to illness of other team members. It was clear they were all exhausted but they maintained a positive attitude and kindness to all customers. Thank you Aurora and team!

Five months ago, I encountered a significant issue with my vehicle after running over a tire on the highway. The underside of my car became loose, and although a previous repair had been done, it wasn't secured properly. Over time, the problem worsened, and the car began dragging more severely.
Today, the situation escalated to the point where I had to pull over at Mavis Tires for assistance. Aurora came to my aid, and I was genuinely impressed with her dedication and expertise. She took her time to thoroughly fix and re-attach everything as if it were her own car. Her meticulous work and professionalism convinced me that she is the mechanic I want to rely on moving forward.
Thank you, Aurora, for your exceptional service and for restoring my vehicle to top condition. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and caring mechanic.
