Really kind employees! Sierra and the new person (Aikita? Can't remember her name), were very helpful in me using my coupons. I really appreciated the time they spent resolving the issue and were very nice to me.

Incompetent and inconsiderate. Canceled a scheduled and confirmed vaccine appt at the last minute, preventing me from getting an alternative appointment earlier in the day when some other places had appts available! My husband said - "honey we have our appt, we don't need to make another"... This was necessary for a family member and CVS was completely inept and not even sorry. They could have offered to help with locating some alternative solution within their network, instead of blaming 'corporate'. This pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star.

The place was neat, people were very polite and helpful. I like how they gave extra time to understand my requirements and advise accordingly.

Continues to go down hill. Terrible service and rude pharmacists.....I don't know why I still get my meds here. Only decent reason is convenience of location but my last interaction may be the last time I come here. Very sad they can't do better!

Just want to thank Brian the pharmacist at cvs 2500 Mt Vernon road dunwoody ga..took time to teach me how to give my self an injection. He was very patient and kind..wish more employees were like him. You can tell when someone enjoys their job, they are usually patient and kind. CVS is lucky to have him!!

Wow the head pharmacist attitude has gone to sh*t. They won't say when a drug will be in. No one ever calls when it is filled. And they try oddly hard to distance they from Aetna when Aetna literally owns them. Aetna's own website directs you to get refills at CVS. So I don't wanna hear "we're not contracted with Aetna" anymore, when they own you. CVS was so much better just a couple of years ago. If it weren't for the Aetna association I'd definitely head elsewhere for much better service.

Pharmacy is fine, text you when prescriptions are ready, answers phone and question. No drive through, walk in only.

I hate this cvs. They're transphobic and continue to cause issues for me when I try to fill my hormone medication. I have missed doses on more than one occasion because they refuse to fill my doses when my doctor updates them.

The Sandy springs location didn’t have my rx so they sent it to the dunwoody location. I called to ask if it was ready. Man was rude on the phone. Said they don’t have it in stock and wanted to know why the rx was sent there. I didn’t send it there, another cvs did without my knowledge. No one even let me know that they weren’t even filling it! I had to call to see when it would be ready and the guy was rude, said it’s been out of stock for a month, said he can’t help me and then hung up

I took my parents to CVS for vaccine. Melissa made everything quickly done and she is super nice. Answer our question clearly and gave detail suggestion. Highly recommend this pharmacy store and this pharmacist. Thank you.

This pharmacist was the rudest ever. Older man..with accent ells me he can't fill my precription today. He is behind and alone. 8 am in morn. no other cust. in store. My sister just had knee repkacement and terriable pain.I told him We really needed it. He says you can leave but may not get to it!!! So sad

Terrible service. Please don't even attempt to go through the drive-thru. It took me over an hour to get to the window, and there were just 4 cars ahead of me when I got there. When I got to the window, I was informed that the printer is not working, and that's the reason for the delay. On checking the previous comments about this particular store, I find it hard to believe. I was then asked to go inside and fill out the paperwork my covid test, due to the printer's unavailability. Ridiculous! The technician and the manager were both unapologetic about the situation, because of which I never plan to come back here again. Please ensure that you don't select this store for covid testing either. It's a waste of your time
