I had such a horrible experience with a cashier. He was an elderly man with white hair and a beard, like Grandpa Cassian. One of the items was a can soda, and he just tossed it into the bag, which was unacceptable. If you don’t want to work there, why stay? The plaza looks dead anyway; maybe it’s time to shut down the store. That cashier wants the store to close (given his attitude) so he can get severance pay, but he doesn't seem to deserve it.

Horrible customer service. Staff looks miserable to be there and treat customers accordingly. Was treated rude by several team members. I’d shop elsewhere.

The older man at the cash register who I believe owns or manages the store is pretty rude and off-putting. He always seems grumpy. It's almost as if he's bothered that people want to even shop there.I wish he would stay in the back and allow the rest of his employees to take care of the front of the store since they have better customer service skills.

I was really disappointed after visiting the store. They had none of the items that they normally carry for Christmas; like their Holiday coffee or teas. Their selection of the mini gourmet food items were also unavailable ?It wasn't worth the trip.

Lots of cool gifts from around the world and some good prices can be found. One of those places that you have to go periodically to see what's new and on sale.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jai S for a special order that help to complete my set. I’m so grateful that he went above and beyond so that I can enjoy my new furniture set for my newly renovated home!! (Pictures to come after setup). He gave me peace of mind because I had already traveled to 3 other stores to obtain 4 different pieces. This was my last stop. I’ve had an amazing experience at all 4 locations. Spanish fort, Mobile, Buckhead, and Perimeter. I will continue to shop and support World Market because I want them to stay open. Thanks to the amazing employee lineup…they have earned my business for life!! Thanks Jai!!

World market...where a wicker basket costs $40 and mass produced, low quality furniture costs the same as West Elm. I wanted to find something, anything to make this visit worthwhile, never found it.

I had THE most incredible customer service at Ashford-Dunwoody World Market thanks to the manager, Katie, and also Kelsey. I asked for help locating an item, and they could not have been more helpful and kind, helping me find the item and other items to match! Katie went above and beyond helping me (as well as Kelsey), and the other associate (who I forgot to ask his name) loaded everything into my car (heavy items too!) and was so nice and helpful. I will be a customer for life here thanks to Katie and her amazing team! Thank you!!!

Management at this location is very rude and lack basic management skills. Last time I checked, World Market wasn’t the most popular store and their losing customers does not look good on them.
