“Very nice park with a trail and multiple facilities. My only concern is that the rest room at the skate park was not clean, Teens were smoking and had used spray painting. Needs monitors or police to check randomly to stop this from happening in the future.”
“This is currently one of my favorite local parks to go to. It is quite large and includes/connects to a lot of facilities: skate park, dog park, large playground, paved trials, farmer's market on the weekend, food trucks, Pernoshal park for basketball courts, soccer fields, Dunwoody community garden. There is good number of parking places and EV charging spots. Unlike other parks outside of Dunwoody, you do have to pay to charge.”
“Adult Day of Dunwoody has been a tremendous blessing to my mom!She suffered a stroke years agoand has had slight memory loss. She very excited that there's a teacher that ask questions and writes on the blackboard. It challenges her memory which encourages her at her age.The staff is the best! Very kind and friendly and the Center is always clean! They go above and beyond!I'm grateful that it's a private facility that takes pride in security to make sure that everyone is safe.”
“The Dunwoody Nature Center is such a peaceful spot. It offers plenty of options — from walking the trails to enjoying the picnic areas and playground. It really feels like its own little oasis, perfect for getting your steps in or just taking a moment to unwind.
There’s also an event center on the property, which makes this a great location if you’re planning an indoor/outdoor event with a natural backdrop. Parking is limited, so depending on the time of your visit, you may want to plan ahead. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing escape right in the area.”
