Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The neighbors are RATCHET. See the pics I added about the kid from upstairs climbing my patio. They put lipstick on a pig with this complex. It’s giving run down, thin walls, bugs, and non-responsive management named Sanela and Rosie. They have very shady business practices. Not to mention the recurring problems with electricity randomly going out. They lie to get you in then disappear after that.

The rental apartments are good on the inside and they are reasonably well-kept. BUT the property outside, including amenities are not. The garbage area is filthy and always breaking down. No recycling is available. They reneged on the pool opening, continuing to blame COVID. Very poor communication with last minute notice on water shut offs, etc. The grounds are not kept up, and the stairs have been neglected, making it all looking like low-income housing. Most of all, they will raise your rent by over 16% after one year, claiming taxes and keeping up with competitors. But they offer nothing like their competitors. Very discouraged by their unethical business practices. So many condo owners are trapped in their mortgages by the the rental unit owners' lack of ethics. Keep looking elsewhere for a better community.

Lived here since 2010. At that time is was new renovation. They haven’t done one thing since to keep it maintained. There’s is 1 handy person and he can only do so much. Bad plumbing, roofing, lawn maintenance in the back is non existent, gate is broken, trash is overloaded and run down with house appliances and large furniture. The “clubhouse” was being renovated and never resumed, the pool isn’t maintained or open. There is never parking all the spots are filled with large work vans, and SOME of the neighbors refuse to leash their dog or clean up after it’s poop. The neighborhood smell horrible when it rains from all of the animal feces and urine.

Run Down apartments. Nice on the outside run down on the inside. Visited a friend living in those over priced apartmrnts with vents hanging out of the ceiling, visible water damage and dingy walls. Not worth the rent they charge.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have lived here for 14 years and I hate it so much. The gate is always broken, the pool hasn’t been cleaned or opened in 2 years and all of the community amenities are either non existent or not working. Don’t even get me started on the HOA. I wish I could move.
