I went yesterday to try to get help because my account is locked. Was there over an hour and my account stayed locked. Once this issue is resolved, I will definitely close my account. Horrible bank. The lady who helped me was pretty nice but tried to catch an attitude with me, but honestly you got me messed up with that and I shut that out real quick.

Don’t go to this bank, especially with this banker Zarina Nazerali.I came here after days trying to get an appointment since short of staff to open a bussines account and the banker with really poor professional service was stating that you are not able to open a bussines account with tax id that it has to be registered with the Secretary of State.She was really rude and no professional at all like she wanted me to go.

Not good for businesses. They are slow and I guess that's what you get with a giant bank like chase. Take your money somewhere else.

Not a full service branch. Glorified indoor ATM. No check cashing even if you have multiple accounts. That info should be available in Google maps so you don’t waste time.

I have had good experiences at other banks, but this new Chase branch has been incredibly servicing and supportive to my banking needs. I had to open up an estate account following the death of my father, and Ramona and the branch manager and all others I have dealt with have gone out of their way to help me. From on the phone to in person, Ramona is professional and has helped me in an extremely expedited way. There have been times where I have needed help to retrieve records quite quickly. This branch seems to bring on the individual friendly service. Yes, there have been occasions when I have had to wait, when the staff were busy. (If they were enjoying a break as a previous reviewer mention, it is because they needed it. They would never knowingly disregard a customer's time or needs.). So glad Chase opened up in this neighborhood location.

Of the many bank institutions and branches I have used over the years, this has been my favorite. I have found the staff to be personable and eager to help. The environment is relaxing and upscale. The inside ATM is futuristic; I am able to designate the denomination of the bills it dispenses. The previous reviewers experiencing poor service are a surprise to me, contrary to my experience as a customer the past three years.
