Today March 28 2024 8:45am the cashier lady knocks on the Restroom door to Remove me from using the Restroom for a White guy. The lady banged on the Restroom door like I dont have the right to be there. She's not white she's foreign Indian decent and she is a racist towards black men. She's very aggressive with her racism and for me being black she may think the white guy deserves to use the Restroom before me. When indeed I went first. Just Horrible. Definitely filed a complaint. Won't stop until Justice is served #Racist #pickuptruck #GaTag #knack12

I visit this gas station every single morning! If it's not to get gas 2 times a week, then it's for my daily coffee/energy drink and breakfast bar. I love coming here! I walk in through the door and both the cashiers welcome you with a big hello and smile! They are always working so hard to keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with all the best goods! If you're in Dunwoody and need a quick stop before 285, then this is the place to go!

By far this is my favorite Gas station. I have been coming here for the last 7 years consistently. The staff here are like my extended family. I know all shifts and they know me. I receive excellent service with personalized attention. From gas to coffee and everything in between, stopping here is usually a start to a wonderful day.

Best way to start the day. I always feel welcomed when I walk in here first thing. Employees and management are consistent, friendly, and care about the customer.
When something as routine as going to the gas station puts a smile on your face, they’re doing something right.

Alex is a horrible employee and should be FIRED!!! Everytime I come to the BP and he is working he’s always rude and provides and displays horrible customer service. This includes locking the store whenever he wants when this is a 24 hour location, choosing to deny customers from purchasing lottery tickets and being rude by his verbage and demeanor. He should choose a different job than working at BP which a franchised company. This employee is a horrible representation of BP. I will be reaching out to corporate and the internal manager at this location! This is very unacceptable and discouraging to other customers from choosing to do business at this location!!!

Pumps leak... Got gas all over my shoes. Went inside to get some wet paper towels to wipe them off and the bathroom was unfit for human use.

This is by far the best and cleanest BP Station in Atlanta. Lot is big, spacious for oversized vehicles. Coffee is top notch, with a variety of flavored creamers. Has great variety of quick fixes from energy drinks to nuts, chips, and candy. Staff has been onsite for years, friendly, courteous and helpful. Has an Authentic Mexican restaurant is inside for 5-star takeout.

I needed gas and it was near my work so I filled up. While I was filling up A coupon came up for a BOGO cherry pepsi. I thought wow I'll go grab some snacks and get me two cherry Pepsi's. afterwaiting in line for a few minutes, the cashier Amare said he was not aware of this discount and could not honor it even though the expiration for the coupon is 3/31/21 And had just printed out of their machine a few moments earlier while I was waiting for my gas. Not only did I not buy my snack which totaled over $20 not including the Pepsi's which might I add came out of their machine to entice me to buy pepsi's, I will never return to this gas station again. Customer service was terrible and Amare I definitely don't recommend. They deserve less than 2.5 stars on their rating of this terrible BP gas station. crappy service and even crappier staff.
