BenchMark failed to honor its verbal financial promise to me. When I arrived for my appointment at the Dunwoody facility on 6/5/23, I asked for the cost of the service. I was told to make a $100 co-payment, that the charge would be submitted to insurance, but regardless the insurance coverage amount, I would not owe more than the $100 paid. Benchmark then billed my insurance company $492 FOR ONE APPOINTMENT, the insurance company adjusted the charge down to $142.23, BenchMark applied the $100 paid, and despite its promise, invoiced me for a $42.23 balance. I called to demand a waiver of the $42.23 balance. The Dunwoody Clinic Director left me a voice mail advising that I am responsible for the balance pursuant to the terms of the Benchmark financial agreement that I signed, and she kindly offered to send me a copy. I paid the balance, because I want to preserve my credit, but even though $42.23 is a relatively small amount of money, I feel betrayed.

Great facility- caring, and friendly staff. Highly recommend Robin! It was my first time doing PT after years of on and off back pain. She truly is a miracle worker. She really listens and anticipates your needs. A true expert in her field. I feel so lucky to have found her, and because of her I am now pain free. That is priceless!

Great facility- caring, and friendly staff. Highly recommend Robin! It was my first time doing PT after years of on and off back pain. She truly is a miracle worker. She really listens and anticipates your needs. A true expert in her field. I feel so lucky to have found her, and because of her I am now pain free. That is priceless!

I spent alot of time in this facility around a year ago and cant speak highly enough of the staff here. Robin and her squad were always adding new moves to the sessions and always a good time chatting with them all. I was not stoked that I had to be there but they made it enjoyable and helped make my pain more tolerable by keeping me flexible. I've been to a few other locations and if you're local to this one, go here.

Mark is incredible very passionate about what he does and it shows .. so patience I love it!! He never hurt me ! I would recommend him to anyone

Good therapy. Very poor billing! Front desk charged copay without checking insurance and not believing me my deductible was met. 3 months ago I have been told they owe me but not a priority to pay me. It's been a year from my payment.

I went to BenchMark a year ago and David was terrific. David push me just enough. I would highly recommend BenchMark. Fast forward a year and I have gone back to BenchMark and David. I will be starting this week after having surgery. I know David will push me just enough and I'll be better for it

I have to say that Robin is a person who listens to how I am feeling and doing, and what I want. I got better in my neck, back and knee pain.I told that I want to try restarting Sun salutations and shared the videos to her.She reviewed them and she framed my exercises in a gradual and appropriate manner so that I can start on Sun salutations.I am really grateful for this.I really like Robin's approach to all the patients and her listening ear and thereby framing the exercises.? Thank you so much Robin.

I was one of the lucky ones who got to spend almost 6 months rehabbing a rotator cuff after surgery…and I am SO FORTUNATE to have found this location. I would not have wanted to do it anywhere else but the Dunwoody Benchmark location. I had been told that rehabbing a shoulder was difficult but I had NO IDEA what that meant. I needed a crying towel for the first 3 months during rehab. I am not kidding. It was brutal. And I hated it. But Marcus (AKA, Rehab Master/King) made it worth every minute and tear shed and he ALWAYS had a crying towel ready without judgement. He was kind, firm, funny, understanding, helpful etc. All the qualities you want in a spouse, right? Well, he was perfect for me and my personality. He worked me hard, but with compassion. And it wasn’t just Marcus. It was the other therapists, the team that assisted them and the front desk/office. All of them were great and understanding. And a big plus is they were more reasonable than other rehab locations I had been to in the past. I never had ONE Insurance issue. It was flawless. Everything about BENCHMARK DUNWOODY was right for me and I am not the easiest person to please…especially when in pain. It has been a year since my surgery and I chose to wait until now to write this review. I still think about the team at Benchmark. They are the reason I feel great. Good as new. No lingering issues. And I am SO THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL. My graduation day from Benchmark was bitter sweet. They had become a second family for me 3 days a week for 6 months. So now, my husband had a knee replacement 10 days ago. He starts rehab soon. Guess where he’s going?
