I had an issue with my iPhone charging. I came in and was helped immediately. The employee was very knowledgeable and courteous. As I described the issue, the employee took my phone and fixed the problem while giving me advice on how to prevent it in the future. I was in and out in 3-5 minutes. Would definitely come back again!

The two people I worked with yesterday, Fri 8/9, were excellent. Not only did they order a new Nissan Altima key fob for me, they figured out that the one I had, which I was told did not communicate with my car, actually did communicate with my car. Thanks to them that fob is now back to being a fully-operational fob. Really great service!

This store is great…first I went to a big Napa store on Peachtree industrial… very laid back vibe.. waited 30 minutes for two batteries to be pulled from the back.. walked out .. walked in to this excellent store.. Jennifer immediately greeted me.. found the battery I need and I was out the door in 5 minutes.. great service and very professional.. thanks Jennifer..

Stopped in today because my phone's battery completely died on me. Initially went to UbreakIfix and they wanted much more plus a down payment (just for the diagnostic, non refundable if no solution was found). So glad I looked around and found this Batteries + location. There were two techs in there at the time, I believe Jennifer was the one who fixed the issue for me and she did it very quickly! I expected that I would've had to leave and come back, but I was in and out in what felt like 30 minutes tops!
Highly recommend this location and their team!

Had a great experience here. My Samsung phone was not working properly. Jennifer Mentzer was so gracious and kept trying different things until she got it. She did not give up and was so pleasant and kind. Definitely my go-to fix it place.

If I could give no stars I would. I called this location (11/19/23 10am)for help with my battery within warranty and immediately I get the impression the person doesn’t want to really help me. I decide against my better judgment to visit this location anyway. The customer service was nonchalant/snarky. The person tells me if I’m looking to “cash in “ on my warranty my battery needed to be left over night and charged because I never charged my battery outside of the car to keep up regular maintenance (I do know about cars, you’d only need toDo such things if you have not driven the car in a very long time otherwise that’s what the alternator is for). I said I’ve never heard of such procedures (but was willing to leave the battery) he got snarky and said normally people bring the battery in not attached to the car . (This is my only means of transportation so I had no way of doing that. ) he also almost damaged my car trying to yank on the housing of the + side of the battery soThat he could read the instead of listening to me when I told him how to lose and take it off. I didn’t care for that. Finally when he took off the cover correctly he didn’t run the battery test correctly, got snarky again and told me this wasn’t a car shop it’s a battery shop. At this point I was done the unnecessary snarky nonchalant attitude for no reason and the lack of customer and knowledge was too much . I finally just went to the batteries plus location where I originally purchased the battery. Not only did I receive top of the line customer service, I was in and out WITH A REPLACEMENT BATTERY in under 10min.
