If you want to wait for hours and have incredibly rude service, this is the place for you!

Surprisingly I had no issues on my latest adventure to Bank of America! Normally I'm over the whole visit before I even step foot because they never have staff. My lucky day there was nobody in the branch! Stood in the teller line for under 30 seconds and my transaction was processed fast and efficient! Now why can't every visit be like this at any location? Then again that would be too good to be true right? Anyways they have pretty friendly staff so that impacts the entire experience! The building itself seems older and could use some updating, other than that they got the job done!

This branch is awfully managed. The fact that you have an empty lobby and this dude can't even stop his BS conversation about his personal life to acknowledge customers is ridiculous. Now he's sitting here on Facebook with his buddy adding friends and showing pictures and exchanging numbers. He probably gets away with it because there's no accountability, but what gives? Most normal branches acknowledge you, ask why you're sitting there waiting and get you in and out. Why am I sitting here for 15 minutes with no line? The tellers didn't even ask why I was sitting there or if I had a need they could assist with. The one personal banker was busy. This is just outrageous and he should be taught basic professionalism and customer service. Well, when the manager could give a damn about customers, why should his staff?

This Bank of America location can be found just off I-285 exit 30 (Chamblee Dunwoody Road, North Shallowford Road, North Peachtree Road) in Dunwoody. It's near the Georgetown Shopping Center, which has a Kroger, Farm Burger, and Starbucks. There are two ATMs here and everything works just fine. The ATMs are located in the front of the building, facing Chamblee Dunwoody road. At night, the immediate vicinity is fairly well lit, so it feels relatively safe to withdraw money. Out of all the Bank of America ATMs I've used in the Atlanta area, I notice the volume of the sounds coming out from these particular ATMs are quite loud. There's plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the spaces closest to the entrance and ATMs are pretty torn up with massive, potentially car-damaging pot holes. Be cautious. Hopefully, by the time you read this, the pot holes will be fixed.

Standard BOA with two ATMs in front. You'll want to use the one on the left. That's the faster one.
