For a store this slow you would think they put more cashiers at register. I counted 9 workers only one at register smh. Stood in line 12 mins. Please do better , coming from someone in management.

The new retail workers at this store are rude. I made a return with tags attached in the original shipping slip and the gal made me feel like I was insane and was insanely condescending.

As a long-time Anthro lover, I hate to say this, but their customer service and quality has gone drastically downhill while their prices have skyrocketed. Simple returns and exchanges have become a nightmare and my items (that cost well over $100 each) last a season - maybe two if I’m lucky and simply don’t wash. Will be shopping elsewhere for high-quality, unique items.

One of my wifes favorite places to shop. This location definitely needs a sign or some fancy lettering above the store to identify its location.Its been about two years, since I purchased something directly inside the store. So I entered in the mall from the Nordstrom side and walked right passed it. Found a directory and still overlooked it till I spoke with a store rep via cell LOLThe nice lady directed me from my location as I was walking up to the Second floor. Once there I instantly remembered two years ago this place had NO signage like the other stores in the mall. Except for a little sign outside the door.What gives Anthropology?? You can afford a nice fancy lettering above the doors.Once, they had my held gift for my wife and the cashier was very helpful and courteous.Just fix the sign, it's been two years!!
