Don’t do business with this company. After they came out to analyze me for equipment that was approved by my insurance company they changed their mind about getting me the equipment I so desperately needed. They didn’t reach out to me to let me know. Instead they told the insurance company that works on behalf of my health insurance.

Great customer service! I gave them the information over the phone and they were able to get approval for a knee brace in less than 2 hours. I then went to the store and she adjusted it for me and gave me a manual. The brace is helping a lot and I am very happy with how fast and efficient they are.

Last Sept I needed my breast pump from my insurance urgently after having my son so they sent me here. I confirmed the pump I wanted and drove over before they closed. A sealed and not really well marked box was handed to me. Got home and opened the box to find they gave me the Ameda Purely Yours instead of the Finesse I ordered. Once opened it couldn’t be exchanged or returned. It didn’t work well for me so it was days of pain where had I been given the correct pump it may have been fine. Lady who handed it to me was nice and we talked football for a bit even. The pump she did hand me was to have come with a bag and cooler where the new model I ordered from them didnt come with anything. I never received them so I have no clue where they went or what happened. Back up in the area now and finally getting around to leaving a review.

Wow this company will be the only company I would deal with ever deal with again for a breast pump. The customer service via phone was excellent. I do not remember the lady I spoke with but she needs to stay and the company should do whatever to keep her spirits up. She did a excellent job and kept her word and called me back.Thanks Worthy Medical Supplies for excellent service!

I didn't believe my Dr. when I was told Sheldon would contact me about wrist braces and no hassle with insurance! I have been purchasing wrist braces hoping for relief of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Worthy Medical Supply was able to eliminate the searching hastle of getting a good quality breast pump for my sister when she had her second baby. I would recommend them for any pregnant mother. They offer great customer service and are knowledgeable on all their products. I also like the fact that they support our military troops and families.

Awesome customer service! Fast delivery! A couple days before I delivered my baby, like all my great procrastinators, I did not have a breastpump. Needless to say, I was not sure I would receive my pump in time but thanks to Worthy Medical Supply I did! Thank you so much for your professionalism and caring about your customers needs.

We had to rent a wheelchair due to a recent injury. We called a number of medical supply companies in the greater Gwinnett County area but most of them didn't carry rentals. We were fortunate to speak with a wonderful woman at Worthy Medical Supply. Patella was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her merchandise and set aside a wheelchair for us. She even called to remind us to pick it up before she closed up for the night. When we arrived, she had the chair and paperwork waiting for us. We highly recommend Worthy and the saleswoman Patella next time you need medical equipment.
