Perscriptions always delayed and the clerk at window (doesn't matter who) is always kinda clueless. My Dr called in to wrong Walgreens (not their fault) but the clerk told me I could ONLY pick up at the wrong Walgreens- a 35 minute drive. I said "no that's not acceptable" please just transfer to this Walgreens. She agreed but I feel bad for the many that would have taken what she said as "gospel" and driven 35 minutes each way. Crazy. Also don't bother prepaying to (Express Pay) that just confuses EVERY clerk I have even used and takes twice as long. I left Walgreens when they closed the sugarloaf store and then reluctantly went back for drive in convenience (over Kroger) but I will not be going back. Ever!!

Slowest pharmacy EVER. Consistently extremely long wait times on line. There have been 2 people of me, so far 20 minutes have passed and only one person has been helped. Not exaggerating even a little. Unfortunately this has been experience for over a year now. This will be my last time filling at this location, I'd rather go to Publix. Going on 26 min wait now. I don't even know how this is possible! At this rate, you're looking at maybe 3 people being helped an hour.

My review is for the Pharmacy, by far 1 of the worst Pharmacy staff I've ever dealt with as A Walgreens Customer. The whole staff needs to be replaced as they are unprofessional, judgmental and rude. Every single time I go there, there's an issue and a new policy. I hate that I subject myself to them because they are closest to my home.

If you are a fan of bad service then this will be your paradise! I waited 10 minutes to buy 3 items and never did so. They had more employees than customers. Terrible wal greens!

THE ENTIRE PHARMACY STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. EVERY SINGLE PERSON BACK THERE IS A JOKE. Every time I go to pick up my prescription...SURPRISE! Its another issue. I just want to give you my last name, my money, get my meds, and get the heck on with my day. Patrick is rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't want to be there. NOTE TO PATRICK: You don't know everything. The past 4 times I've been agitated to the MAX by a female pharmacy staff member. She clearly lost her mind today when she told me I COULDN'T GET MY MEDS. I know when my prescriptions can be filled, how much they are, whether or not I will need Dr. authorization prior to refill, etc. Then she switched it to I could get it but I would have to pay full price. DUH, that's why I had 2 prescriptions. One that could be refilled and covered by insurance, and the other I was waiting on Dr. authorization for. The automated phone system was smart enough to know that, yet she wanted to argue with me. I've already confronted her twice about her violating HIPPA. It's a shame when someone is willing to drive To a pharmacy FARTHER AWAY, to deal with a normally run place.

This review only relates to the pharmacy. I had called ahead of time to confirm that the pharmacy was doing flu shots this evening. I was told they were doing them until 6 pm today. I arrived and went to the pharmacy and there were no other customers waiting in line and no one at the drive through window. I asked the pharmacist, Patrick Lam, and his associate if ether of them could give me the shot. He told me it was too late. I looked at my phone and confirmed that it was still 15 minutes until 6 pm, and, because I get a flu shot every year, I know it takes 2 minutes to administer it. There were 2 of them there and no one else waiting on them. He said that even though it wasn't 6 yet, he had other work to do. In the time it took him to try to convince me that he couldn't do it, I could have gotten the flu shot and still had plenty of time to spare before 6. He was unprofessional, to say the least. This store is otherwise good, but this pharmacist is problematic and lazy. Needless to say, I went CVS and got my flu shot, it took 20 seconds.

This by far is my favorite Walgreens. The thing that makes this Walgreens great is the staff. I go into this location about 3-4 times a week. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, especially Betty. I think she knows all of the regular customers very well. They are also great at printing photos. They usually have good sales at this location. I have gotten some great deals after Christmas on holiday items.
