a lot of these bad reviews are really old. I’ve been going here for a couple years and never had a bad experience. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, especially the manager. I’m usually in and out quickly, even with a line.

Frankly the best Wells Fargo branch I have visited. The manager was welcoming and made sure we were situated. The banker who helped us called ahead of time to prepare for our appointment, and she was incredibly patient and helpful during the appointment. The cashier was friendly and the overall interaction is just great!

Really nice people. I took 3 steps in and the whole place greeted me lol. Everybody tried to help just couldn’t cash large amount without account. Coming back and starting new account.

This branch in particular, corner of Peachtree Industrial Blvd and Plessnt Hill Rd is so inadequate it makes me want to close my accounts and move to another bank. Unfortunately this miserably managed branch is the closest one to my house. I used to drive past it to another branch two miles further away from my house, but they have since closed the branch with the best, most helpful , and pleasant employees , and kept open this branch staffed by inept imbeciles .

I'm not sure why this branch doesn't have better reviews. They are very sweet and attentive there- it feels like they really care! There was a system glitch when I set up my account, but Ellie and Liz have really gone out of their way to fix it and make sure that we are taken care of.

You only continue to get bad reviews for one reason, poor customer service. I ran in because my son had to go to the bathroom and I thought I could let him go to the bathroom and get a check at the same time. My son is four years old. They would not let him use their bathroom. He was about to wet his pants. Can you call this is just the worst customer service I’ve ever had. We have been into several Wells Fargo‘s before and they always welcome us in and if we have to go to the bathroom we are allowed to go. Most of the time they even offer as a cuppa coffee.

This will be my first time actually writing a review. I would say this has been my worst experience ever. I have been a customer with this bank for about 30 years. I can honestly say I have had the worst experience ever. The banker’s name is Hanna Kinney. She displayed very poor customer service and made me feel very unwelcome in this bank. I would advise people to not use this bank until they hire more understanding and kind bankers.

This branch has the WORST costumer service ever. They will not help you even for the simple requests if you have not made an appointment in advance. Even if the manager and the bankers are sitting around and doing nothing. I drove from this branch to another and received the service without any issues. Going to a different WF branch is like going to a different bank, different level of professionalism and courtesy - the reason I continue to bank with WF.

Worst customer service. I went to this branch to get access to my safe deposit box. The branch managerI told me to wait for a banker who is the only one who can open the safe deposit box cage and is not available. After waiting for more than one hour I checked with branch manager and complained about the poor customer service. She was totally unhelpful and rude. Meanwhile I noticed that the banker was standing by the entrance door, doing nothing. I requested the banker to let me have access to my safe deposit box but was told to wait more. I left the bank without getting access as I need to pick up grandchild from school. I have my account with Wells Fargo for more than 35 years, I am going to give my business to another bank who provides service and care about customers.

All these reviews are exactly what I expected to see when I came to write mine. Please stop coming to this location. Believe these reviews. The pregnant manager is rude! She should NOT be working if she’s going to have the worst attitudes with the customers. The teller was a joke. She didn’t speak the best English so it was hard to understand her and I knew she understood me but was acting like she didn’t. They didn’t wanna let me withdraw money and said it was gonna take “2 weeks” they were not courteous at all, nor welcoming. They look depressed and look like they hate their job. Please don’t come here go down the road to the one in johns creek. These people don’t even deserve 1 star. They were so stuck up and rude. I can’t believe the manager sets that as an example. They should all be fired.

I’ve been in line for 45 minutes, there is only one teller in the front. No one seems to care that 5 customers have walked out. Shafia Begum , the ONE teller, is nonchalantly waiting on HOLD. This is completely ridiculous to only have ONE teller at this clearly busy bank during LUNCH TIME. Do better.
