Dr. Yu was great! Excellent bedside manner, thorough, frank and knowledgeable. I've worn glasses for 39 years since I was a kid, worked in a VisionWorks/EyeMasters for 3 years and always bought quality frames and lenses, and I was ABOC as well so I know my stuff. But she noticed anatomical and functional aspects of my vision that no one ever prescribed for me or informed me of before. And the glasses I just picked up have a clarity and corrective factor that I haven't experienced in years. It could be a matter of having skipped a few yearly check ups or the fact that the doctor and staff that I dealt with were all "easy on the eyes" but no matter what I had an efficient and positive experience and no one tried to upsell me either which was a relief because I used to be a master of the upsell myself and was prepared to fight.... But the price was right on and I will definitely repeat the experience. Highly recommend.

0 stars the lady doctor Chinese or idk has no patience at all if a kid is scared or sensitive you treat that kid with patience and understanding and be kind .. she was rude, unprofessional trying to act professional at the end, she was basically laughing at my kid and her staff also which is very disrespectful and very disappointing excuse for human beings I caught the receptionist laughing.. don't come here with kids this is not the place for kids at all ignorant negative arrogant doctor you should be ashamed of yourself I will never come back.. just know everything you do with that ugly heart will come back to you.. you need to come off that high horse pitiful human being.

Dr. Yu is truly a professional. Really thorough and kind thru my whole eye exam and gave me the best treatment possible. Her staff is really kind and prof as well. Highly recommended!

I accompanied a friend here and the main doctor was evidently being rushed and frustrated trying to only get patients in and out, the other workers were nice and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

So unprofessional. Took off from work during lunch. Waited for 30 minutes before asking when the doctor would be able to see me and they said it would be another 45 minute wait! SMH

Make sure to call first. They wont update their hours online so you might waste a lot of time driving all the way there just to find out they closed early.

Glendon was very nice. My glasses were loose, falling off my face. He corrected the issue and cleaned them for me. I purchased some microfiber cloths for cleaning and he was courteous, friendly and showed me different patterns of the cloths without me asking. Very simple but it went a long way, especially since I left VISION WORKS (where I purchased glasses) PLEASANT HILL? who were total opposite.

This is probably one of the worse customer service experiences I've encountered over the past couple years. The doctor appears to be working under immense pressure and is in a rush to get patients in and out.The accuracy of my eye prescription suffered as she did not bother to listen and repeatedly talked over me to fast-track the process. I ended up with a prescription that worked worse than the one I've gotten three years ago. I went to For Eyes down the road and received a level of customer service that frankly puts Wal Mart's to shame.If you're looking for a doctor that listens, this is not the place to be. You'll end up being treated like an asinine moron with anything you have to say either refuted or ignored. If you're looking to get good service, read google reviews and find somewhere with a good feedback rating; your eyes will thank you.

I had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with optometry with WalMart’s vision center! The receptionists we’re friendly and efficient. Dr. Chang actually had a conversation with me about my vision and eagerly explained prescription. She was so kind and very helpful!
