Said the prescription would be ready after 8pm but that’s when they close !! Then you call the pharmacy and they pick up and drop the phone or hang up immediately. Wow what a shame, corporate needs to clean house

This pharmacy was great years ago, but now it’s terrible and slow. I recently moved my prescriptions from CVS to here because it’s so close to my house, but it’s not even worth it. I have to wait longer - sometimes days - for my prescriptions to be filled. Or I’m put on hold for over 30 minutes just to try and request a refill because their automated system is awful. They need to hire more people or just close down the store.

Even though it is legal in my state, Walgreens decided not to continue to provide the type of family planning product that so many people rely on. Disappointing, I will make sure to avoid making purchases here.

I stopped by Walgreens to pick up a few snacks and some gifts. The store was clean and organized, and I was able to order my items online and pick them up at the photo center. The only issue I had was that the buy one get 50% off item I ordered was not in stock, but they let me carry the discount over to my next purchase. Overall, a good experience.

Slowest experience ever getting a covid vaccine even though there was no line. Then I went to buy a pack of batteries and had to wait another 10 minutes despite there only being 1 person ahead of me in line. To top it all off, at the checkout counter the cashier asks to see my ID “just to check the name on the card”. Seriously?

I refilled a prescription the end of December 2022 that was ready on Dec 30 at 0 dollars. When to pick that up and get another prescription refill in Jan 24 with new insurance and they updated my insurance before giving me the meds that was already ready so when the insurance updated it update the meds that was filled under prior insurance and they want me to pay $180.00 for this prescription that was fill in December at a zero dollar copay. This was not my fault it was the staff at the pharmacy and they are unwilling to fix or take responsibility for their error. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years but will NEVER go back here again and will have all my meds filled elsewhere.

When it gets closer to 5pm, from 4:30 they stop to answering calls and put you on hold purposely. She kept putting me on hold for 30 min. Worse customer service

The pharmacist is rude. I had an appointment for a covid booster and checked in.... 45 minutes after my appointment time I asked about when I would get my shot. The pharmacist yelled at me saying that she was only one person. Very unprofessional... and that is not the only example. When picking up prescriptions through the drive thru customers are ignored. The employees in the pharmacy have been rude to me and my husband on several occasions. We are in the process of transferring our prescriptions to Publix. Publix is slightly more expensive, but their pharmacy employees are awesome!

They always want to make up their own rules when it comes to coupon items. How can I order whatever quantity on the Walgreens online but come to the store it's a different quantity. This is the only Walgreens that always want to make it difficult for people to shop.

Their pick up services were nice. You don’t need to wait for a long time. Also, the location was fair enough. Moreover, the staff members were kind and very informative.

This Walgreens is very nice. It's clean and items aren't constantly out of stock. (This was the first Walgreens I *remember* going to, and I'm glad it was this one I went to)One of the cashiers, Betty, was especially kindI reccomend this place.

The wait to get your prescription is going to be about 20-30 minutes whether you wait inside or in the drive-thru, because they have covid testing done in the same drive-thru line as people just picking up their prescription...madness. The staff are rude. Heck, I even called in to check on something so I didn't have to wait in line and I have been waiting on hold for over almost 10 minutes. You just can't win.
