I was blown away at how cheerful and interactive the pharmacist was! Granted this location wasn't super busy. He actually had the time to laugh and engage with me while giving me a vaccine. Wow. Most pharmacists are overworked and overwhelmed. And I get it. I know many pharmacist folks to know the inside details. I'm just amazed about the pleasant experience back at the pharmacy and even at front. The people here are actually warm and welcoming, not drones doing their grind.Way to go to folks -- only at this location. Ha.

Really bad experience! cashier lady told me to wait just so she could answer a phone call and take her time. Waited at least 10 minutes before i decided to leave!

This pharmacy is not in a fantastic location, and the pharmacy does close up for lunch at 1:30 to 2pm, but if you know that everything is great to go here. The ladies are fantastic and very helpful. They make quick work out of something that takes other pharmacy's forever to get organized and completed. I recommend this local pharmacy.

Walgreens failed miserably in processing my order for a self test for Covid. Their web site reported tests in stock so I placed an order. While driving to pickup my order I was sent a text (that I couldn't access while driving) that my order could not be completed. Absolutely terrible customer experience.

The worst pharmacy ever. There is always an issue with my medicine. Yes my Medicine. Something that I should be able to get when I make a refill on the app and get a confirmation email. I've never had an issue until I started using this location. Terrible.

Was just in your store at the corner of Club and Pleasant Hill Road at 10:15am this morning. Allegedly mandatory mask wearing as noted on the news and two staff members told me so as well is why I went inside. A couple walked in both not wearing masks. Nothing was said. I paid attention to where they were, the man ended up on the aisle I was on at the back of the store, too close to me. He laughed at my nervous backing up. Said he was far enough away (approx 3 ft-no mask)

I came here for a Claritin-D four minutes before 9 AM when they opened and the pharmacy tech or whoever was in the bag and refused to give it to me and told me they opened at nine it would have taken her 30 seconds to get but God for bid people have to do anything extra in their jobs anymore On top of it what pharmacy opens at 9 AM now I know why I prefer CVS Pharmacy This review is specifically for the pharmacy all of my other experiences here have been good

This potentially could have been 4 or 5 stars however I arrived w/my son at 1:24pm to have him seen. The check in kiosk & the nurse practitioner informed us of their mandatory break time from 1:30 to 2:00pm and we would have to come back in an hour. I completely understand the need for the break however we arrived just prior to 1:30pm, and my son has a simple case of bronchitis - just need the meds. She wasn't cooperative or flexible at all. How was I supposed to sit there and wait with a sick, coughing, tired 9 year old in the Walgreens store? Also, no one else was there. It wasn't like she had to say no to 3 people and yes to one, thereby causing an uproar. I'm so disappointed that the Take Care website & the store don't prominently display a sign that says "Clinic closed daily 1:30 - 2:30pm". What was supposed to be convenient ended up being a huge inconvenience! Go to Gwinnett Clinic on Beaver Ruin Rd instead.
