Stopped for a quick oil change. Nice clean place. They added air to the tires, added washer fluid and gave me a free car wash. It seems rare to find good service these days. This place seem well run.

Rob & Chan Chan funny as comedians. They’re fast under the hood, take care of everything you need, don’t try and jip & jab or hustle you. Great professionalism, and very communicative. 5 stars got me in and out and helped me find the location over phone.

The staff is on his cell phone for keep me waiting for 5 minutes talking and until later direct me to the end and while still taking on his phone, did not direct me to the right place then surprisingly blaming me not driving me accurately to the place he wanted. He Asked me to look what I have drove, lol. What a rough and terrible customer service ? I am not feeling comfort to get oils Change with this kind of roughness either. I told the staff he is too busy and not time for the job maybe, I will not use this anymore, never thought valvoline could be this bad, is it a legitimate licensed? Where is the staff training? Don’t send me the coupon, it is not even in the service level.

They sent out coupons to receive $10 off oil change and emission but when I drove over to partake the emission machine is broken and they wont even honor coupon at later date once the emission machine is repaired. This is such a shady company. Don't waste your money here.

4 stars bc I wouldn't come here for emissions check... I've been coming here for about a year and a half and usually they're really great but I saw no reason to open my hood and poke around for an emissions test... I don't remember his name but there only are 2 men I trust there... look out for that that bc my car started clicking afterwards and was not doing that prior... regardless I went home and double checked my engine after to see if anything was wrong and were good but I don't believe in coincidences.
