I paid for 2 day service. I mailed from this location and the destination was at a PO Box located at the same location, but my package must go to two different post offices first, leaving my package late, and without tracking updates for a few days. A similar situation occurred several months ago and it took 24 days for my package to arrive to it's destination.
Please just go under! Any other shipping carrier will be an option for me going forward.

The post person behind the counter won’t take your package tells you to use the machine. Also the drop box is locked so when you try to drop it off after you use the machine, you have to go back inside and leave it on the counter.

The younger black clerk is unhelpful and malicious. The older black woman and the white man are great. But her, she doesn’t belong. I use this USPS routinely and I have been watching how she operates.

This is by far the best USPS in the area. Much better experience going here than in surrounding neighborhoods. Modern looking and plenty of parking.
We had to drop off wedding invites. There was a decent line after work hours, but the lady at the counter was so nice and efficient. She explained to us what we needed stamp wise. We had no issues dropping our mail off and will continue to stop by here in the future.

I've always had a great experience, waited max 10 min. I do try to go early weekends. The workers are very polite and helpful

I'm thankful for the person who took me before the store closed. When she was with me, she was okay After huffing and puffing at the whole store. Prior to checking me out she was rushing people screaming. Complaining about how she wanted to go home. Also she charged me double boxes, I have previously sent bigger packages international. She stated I would have to send 2 small packages. A service that would have costed me $118 ended up costing $240. I should not have paid for it. But I rarely have time to send between working hours. I seriously don't understand why they don't require employees to be nice to customers. They expect courtesy from fast food employees, but not people who work for the government. I will not be returning to this location even though I live very close. If you must visit this location proceed with caution. If I find my receipt I will update my post and name drop her, she should learn how to treat people, or ask for shorter hours if her job bothers her so much. But if I don't find the receipt it was the only lady working Friday 4/26/2024 @ 6 pm

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any government appointment. Appointment for passports needed to be scheduled a month ahead of time in the time slots and days they deem available, and then the government employee doesn't show up, doesn't call she will be late, noone at the post office knows where she is or why she is not at work yet or if she is on her way. So we were left waiting and clueless whether we will be able to be complete our business there. Absolutely unacceptable and a total disrespect and disregard of a customer. I have to say tho, that the clerk present and serving other customers was nice, patient, and trying to do his best. Do not schedule anything with this post office cause they don't care for you or your time.

I dont understand the bad reviews. I have always had amazing experience. Friendly and helpful staff. The one HUGE HELPFUL thing i absolutely loved about this location is that we were able to scan our own packages. I drove 18min out of my way almost every single day just for that and the fact that other usps locations brought their stuff here at the end of the day so this mean my items were on their way one day faster. I was just informed that they took away the ability for costumes to use the scanner. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!! ? ?. I was suggested ti use the self scanning machine out in the lobby but it was down and so was the pull down handle drop box

Ambience at Post office here at Boggs Rd. Duluth, makes us feel very good. Ready to help staff. Even Ordinary letters take few days to reach the destination many a times. This time 3 letters posted on 9th January 2024, to international address, (without tracking no. Or registeted) have not yet reached India. Mysore. Wonder why. May be, Between X Mas and Valentine's day, too many letters? Its 3 months since posted.
How many months more, we are expected to wait?
