I gave my package to them with USPS QR code generated by eBay on May 23rd (Priority Mail). They should arrive to the buyer between May 24 - 26. For some reason, they started processing it on May 27th and it was stuck in Memphis now (June 1st). The buyer started to claim for the late package through eBay. USPS's fault just passes directly to me and it was very unpleasant experience. I gave my package to asian woman who was very unprofessional and rude. she seems to be starting work there recently because she asked many questions to employee next to her. It is ok if she does not know well, but she was very rude and even did not try to accept the USPS QR code generated by USPS because it says fragile mark on package.....Also she asked me to show my phone and tap my phone with her pen (sharp part..) several times when asking questions to employee ..... I think the late package is due to her ignorance. Updated: Asian woman who work there should not work there. (I am not a racist as I am also Asian) It is still not arriving. (June 6th)

Unkind staff. The Asian male employee was speaking in angry voice for entire time of the service. Terrible!

I’ve never been treated so rudely. I brought a package in the scan, and they told me I had to scan them outside the door myself and leave it there. This is the same location. They had six packages I had dropped off there in their self drop container, and they never were scanned in and disappeared. They have a real problem here if you don’t really care about your package it’s the perfect place to take things they need to either terminate the current employees, or relocate them, and start over.

I’ve received the absolute worst customer service at this USPS location from an Asian male employee. Disregarding the long wait time, it’s the way this employee condescendingly spoke to me because I didn’t package my Return boxes in the “correct box and correct tape.” I was told to go home and correct myself. I even told him I didn’t know and said my bad, but he kept pushing forward, stating, “Now you know, so go home and fix it.” I had to ask if I could buy any “correct” package at the store for me to return my stuff and asked if I could borrow a bit of “correct” tape to tape my return slip, but he said I had to pay for everything and to go home. I’m appalled and shocked by this man’s lack of manners and communication skills. Avoid this location at all costs, no matter how desperate you are.

I strongly believe the deliver drivers are stealing people packages they will tell u they delivered to your door and never do 3 13 my package was supposedly delivered these people are playing with people stuff to the point I’m thinking about just suing usps is terrible at business I’m surprised it’s not shut down yet money don’t grow up trees it’s like money is thrown out the window dealing with them …. These people need to be held accountable

Bad service, I went usps on satellite Blvd USPS this morning, the Asian male was terrible service with Very aggressive, roar in an imperative tone, I'm not happy, will not come back here. I think he is Vietnamese.

All 5 drop boxes outside have an “out of order” sign (??) and the big metal drop chute one inside is stuck so u can’t open it to put even a once inch sized package in. I guess I’ll drive an extra 20 mins next time and not come here.

Tran or Tram is incredibly rude. He slammed the tape on the table so I can fix a mistake I made on my package. I was the only one in the post office and he acted like I held up an entire line and wasted his precious time.

Employee named Sharee is always very helpful and pleasant. The other guy in there is always very rude and disrespectful clearly has no customer service.
