This was my first time using this USPS location, and it will definitely be my last. I dropped off four packages here, and unfortunately, one of the most expensive items among them went missing. I've never had this issue at other USPS locations, so this was incredibly frustrating. Honestly, even scheduling a pickup is safer than dropping off a package here.

This office is full of thieves. I was told by one of the delivery drivers about a year ago when dealing with a missing package that the employees including the manager on staff were stealing packages at this location. I never received my package and ended up taking a loss. Just today I was waiting on an important package. As soon as I got the alert that my package was delivered in a parcel at 7:42 I was at my mailbox at 7:43. There was no sign of any delivery driver or my package. It was quite odd but then I remembered what the employee told me. After reading these reviews I’m further convinced the delivery driver took my package and deemed it delivered. I’m going to corporate and also the BBB. This has to stop.

So I received a call from the IRS stating my income check had been cashed and reconciled and they were closing my case. The last time I saw the check was on June 7th, informed delivery email "you have mail to pick up". I go to the post office to pick up mail that's been placed on HOLD due to the first check being returned to sender by the Smyrna Post Office because they don't forward IRS mail even if the customer sets up an account and request their mail to be forwarded. What a lack of customer service. But anywho...... I went to the Duluth post office several times with the last few weeks and no mail. I guess someone cashed it, it wasn't me. What happened to my mail?

I watched the USPS driver put a fail to deliver slip into the mailbox from the front door. I watched them drive off without even attempting to deliver the package.
I get that the driver is probably hung over after July 4th but that's no excuse to not do your job. The worker didn't even put a first name on the slip which is required by the package receiver to input on the pickup or redelivery package. The lazy employee doesn't even fully fill out the sheet. No matter what address I live it... USPS always fails to deliver, which is their literal job.
If anyone else fails to consistently do their job they get fired. Why do USPS (non) delivery drivers get to keep theirs? The worst part about it is no matter how many bad reviews or complaints are left I've seen literally 0 improvement of the customer experience at any address I've ever lived at. It's gotten to the point I cancel orders if I realize a business is using USPS to deliver to me or my company.

Worst Post Office ever, if I wasn't close to home and work and easy to change over my PO Box I would. It's always something.

I had a package that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I went into the post office to make an inquiry. Teresa was kind, patient & attentive enough she was working the front alone & there was a long line of customers. She assured me I would get a phone call with an update. I received a call within the hour with an update my package had been located & delivered to the correct parcel locker for my retrieval.

This location has held my package on a shelf for over a month and has not done a damn thing about it! They don't pick up the phone, they don't care! This is why the government SUCKS at everything they do.

Waiting for my package to be delivered to me. It's been almost 2 weeks of wait. Paper notices are being left in my mailbox but no usps delivery is being made to my door. I was at home both delivery attempts and I stated 3 complaints and a supervisor from usps was supposed to call me today and no one called me. This is the WORST SERVICE. I WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS.

This is the worst post office ever!!!! They lost two of my packages within 2 weeks and got no assistance whatsoever in trying to help me locate it since their incompetent courier is who lost it in the first place because the address was correct! They said they would call me to let me know when they find them but they never do! They never pick up when I call either! This has been the most frustrating 3 weeks of my life thanks to this useless incompetent branch of USPS! They have no customer service either very rude and nonchalant especially the older short black lady who tries to act innocent and sweet but very dismissive and just honestly disrespectful and should not be working in no customer service job at all. She said the supervisor would call me because I had to eventually drive there to confront them in person but till today the supervisor hasn’t called yet and I still haven’t found my items. And even though they lost my items they’re refusing to give me my refund! They deserve no stars and need to be shut down!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I am going to keep leaving bad reviews until I get my packages!

RayRay said he sent my shirts, but they never got to me. Not sure if RayRay is to blame or the post office. This is crazy
