There are not too many individuals who value business relationships these days, Sunny genuinely does.
Sunny has utilized his professional talents and the printing and promotional services at The UPS to expand and grow all 3 of my businesses.

I've been to this UPS store before and the service was great today just like before. Now, I only had to return an AT&T modem for fiber internet back to AT&T. A representauve named Suny assisted me. He was personable, professional and quickly handled the transaction. The UPS store packages the modem for me in a box, ships it to AT&T and AT&T pays for the shipping cost. I got a tracking receipt and I was on my way.

I’ve always had a great experience at this UPS store. Staff are friendly and professional. Always willing to help and patience when someone isn’t. They take care of your needs and make sure you got everything you came for. Manager is always onsite and greets you when you come in. If employees are busy packing or helping someone, he just jumps in and takes care of you. Love this place.

This is the BEST ups store EVER - & I see a previous “1” star review by another customer- that I TOTALLY disagree with. Here’s why, i have been a customer here since 2017. Sonny, has been her the entire time. Never has he been rude to me or anyone in my presence. Stores get busy- but- Sonny ALWAYS finds a way to multi task & help everyone as much as possible. Im not saying that cust is not entitled to her experience- but- sonny os amazing!
& anyone hired seems to fit in with great customer service standards. My orders are right- store is clean- 24 hr access- i moved to the South side of Georgia- and STILL utilize this facility! Awesome

Sunny is very rude. l've been to many UPS and l've never encountered anyone as rude as him. Firstly, I wasn't greeted. Then he claimed I can't return my packages in the original packaging because there is one label. That's extremely false. Then he said i only had 4 minutes to speak with customer service or I'd have to come back tomorrow. He was very unprofessional and I wouldn't come. Whoever owns this location train your employees or hire new ones.
