I went to this location a few days ago to cash a check that was made out to my business from a company I provided services to, who banks with United. I have had a hard time opening a business checking account for my business so yes I went to the issuing bank to cash my check..assuming I’d pay a processing fee and carry on with my day. I forgot to ask for the teller’s name working drive thru. I sent over my DL, a second form of ID, which was my old bank card with my business name and my name on it, along with the check I signed while she watched. A few moments later, the woman comes back and states, “We cannot cash this check because it’s made out to a business and not you and we don’t know you.” I mean WOW, I am a 34 year old black woman who’s a multi-business owner. So because I don’t LOOK the part, and she didn’t KNOW me, they would not cash my check for my business that they issued from a business that banks with them?! Just wow!!

Another one star rating. The people that are employed here are just awful. Notice I didn't say "work here". Rude employees that act like your interrupting their day are a requirement to be hired here. Zero accountability. Error after error after error from them. What a waste of time. Too many other options. Tn State President - DeVan Ard...you are a joke. Don't bank here.

I have called 5 different phone numbers endeavoring to get information on my mtg. The numbers included corporate, and branches in NC and GA. All numbers via voice mail said no one available to talk. Left message no return.

Let me start by saying that my husband and I more than qualify for the mortgage. The approval process with UCBI on the construction loan was long and painful, with many rounds of new documents being requested every week. Now we are ready to convert the loan and in a month we have heard from them exactly once. No emails or calls are ever returned. So we are paying them interest while they drag their feet to convert our loan to a regular mortgage. We sent them all the documentation and they still haven't scheduled the final appraisal and we are completely in the dark in the process. Do not recommend.

Worst teller service. If I could switch I would switch banks. The teller people are rude and never smile. Its like a burden for them to have our business. Already told the manager but the personalities of these ladies ridiculous..

I've been banking here for over 20 years. I have always found them to be more than helpful. We have multiple accounts, both business and personal. While the lack of Saturday hours can be a pain, we have stayed with this bank because of the people...very friendly and personable.

Generally polite. But the operating hours should at least be 8-5 or 9-6. Although even with this near part time schedule, no one seems to feel a sense of urgency to move quick.

If I could do zero stars I would give this branch is zero*.... I have banked with United community for over 7 years. I have gone to many locations and never in my seven years have I ever been treated so rudely and disrespectful. There was no line we were the only car in line at the bank and she cut me off. I had 4 transactions (however no one was in line) and she had the audacity to ask me if this was my last transaction, as I responded that I had one more she walked away and started talking to her fellow bank mates. The lady was short with red hair and bangs. Completely rude. Her job is a bank teller, meaning she interacts with customers... seems like she rather sit on her a** all day to be paid Don't ever come here. I made a formal complaint on the phone with UCBI.
