I dropped off my car based on them being a BMW certified repair center. Now I know why they are BMW certified. I was informed of every step of the repair. I never had to call and check on my car. Total professionalism in every step. I hope I never need them again but if I do, that’s the only place I would go.

It was ok didn’t get my alignment, even tho my car was hit and the lights that’s saying my fcw wasn’t working which would make sense considering my bumper got knocked off i’m sure my sensor isn’t correctly aligned anymore. but you know shops they’ll feed you a story expecting you not to know anything especially when you’re young or a female. so stay vigilant.

I had a great experience with United Collision Center, my car was finished early, which is great. The reason I give united collision 4 stars and not 5 is because there was dust residue left on my car seats and floor, just something I pointed out that they should pay attention too before someone pick up their car, but overall I had a great experience and all of my damages is fixed. I will definitely recommend this place to someone who need their car fixed up.
