I gave 2 stars, because I was pleased with the service, my car looked fantastic when they were done. However, my partner stashes a few $1s in my car in case of emergencies, and leaves it in a place that does not require any cleaning. I believe I had around $7? It is gone now. So, although I thought they did a good job, they have lost me as a customer.

I recently brought my truck to Unique Hand Car Wash, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, greeting me with a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. They took the time to listen to my specific needs and ensured they understood exactly what I was looking for.
The attention to detail was outstanding. My truck looks absolutely pristine, inside and out. The team meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny, leaving no spot untouched. The exterior is gleaming, and the interior feels fresh and spotless. They even went the extra mile to clean the tires and undercarriage, making my truck look brand new.

DO NOT COME HERE !! Unless you want your car to be damaged!! I decided to try this place out as I usually go to Buckhead at a hand auto wash that does a phenomenal job upon coming around 5 PM on Saturday. I was instructed to come back on Sunday at 8 AM so that he could do my car first thing in the morning I arrived at 8 AM to where I waited almost an hour for him to start the services. The service took about six hours, and when the job was complete, my mirrors were still foggy. My front window was still dirty , not only that acetone was used to clean my doorhandles, causing irreversible damage. Now I'm stuck with permanent damages that Lord knows how much it will cost to get fixed. I have yet to have my voicemail returned from them and it's been over a week. I spent $150 dollars here and I am severely disappointed in the treatment and the lack of accountability at this location. Do not take your car here unless you want unnecessary damages done to your car. Going to explore legal options .

Great service and great prices! I went today for the first time just to get my interior done for my Turo car and was very pleased!! They even have the little trailer spot for you to wait in, that was a nice touch especially since it was a little rainy this morning. Will definitely be going back as often as I can. The car looked like it was brand new, like wow.
