The process was smooth, the initial diagnosis isn't charged and that is a merit. However, I did not receive much updates until I had to follow up, which was the demerit in the service. However, the price and the service I received are great. The team is also very humble and work along your requirements and preferences to quite an extent.

If l could give them no star, I would.I took my phone to fix the back of it. The store manager coded me $200. When I went to pick up my phone, I noticed there was a gap between the frame and the back of the phone. Now I have to pay an extra $100 to fix the frame, too. I got in a situation where I was not ready to spend another $100 . I would off appreciate it if he informed me about the cost on the first place and also inform me that I would not get the original back with the apple logo.The manager of the location was very unprofessional and kept threading me that I have recorded your voice. If it's any recorded voice, he is the one who needs to listen to it that he has never informed me that I'm not getting the original back and extra cost to fix the frame. Nothing was wrong with the frame of the phone they messed up the frame when fixing the back of my phone.Regardless of the issue that I had with this location, I would not go back anymore.

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT. Took my Macbook due to a few keys not working on keyboard. They told me that they had to order the parts and once they are back, they can get the laptop in 3 days. It took 3 weeks because after fixing it the guy couldn't turn on my laptop so they had to ship it somewhere. When it came back, the touch bar wasn't working (it was before I gave it to them). I shouldn't have paid them, but when I didn't pay attention to touchbar until I got home. Wasted $370. Also, noticed j and k buttons were also stuck including the power button. I took it back, it took an additional week, they fixed the keyboard, but now the finger print touch on power button is not working. NEVER TAKE A MACBOOK TO THEM.

I thought I would have to replace the entire screen on my Samsung folding phone and they told me "No" it was just the screen protection from the manufacturer that was cracked. It cost me $50 instead of $500. I was very please with the technician who was knowledgeable and Very Nice !

The actual repair went perfect. The scheduling part needs some work. I called to make a claim on a broken phone screen. I told them I needed it asap so I would bring it to my nearest UbreakIfix and got a claim number. An hour later I was at the store and the guy said he had the parts and could fix it that day. When he went to look up claim no. he could not find it so I had t call Asurion customer service. when I did they said the claim is specific to the location they put in. they decide based on where the parts are available. ok I guess. they set it up for a store 25 miles away so I drove over an hour in traffic to get to that store only to find out that they didn't have the parts in stock. The store near me originally had the parts so I should have been able to have it done there. at least they got them in the next day and I got the issue fixed. It really needs to be setup so ANY ubreakifix store can pull up the claim and if they have the parts then they get to do the repair. NOT TYING THE CLAIM TO 1 STORE.

I will never do business with this company again. Period!I have in front of me a Samsung Galaxy A12 cell phone that less that 3 weeks ago was fully functional except for a cracked screen and is now totally bricked (unbootable). While I cannot say with certainty why it is useable now, it was fully functional before YouBreakIFix replaced the screen.The phone began malfunctioning about a week after the screen replacement. After pressing the power button the screen remained dark. It was unclear whether the new screen was defective or it the phone was not turning on. I was traveling at the time so when I returned to town I returned it complaining that the screen would rarely turned on. They kept the phone 2 days. When I went to pick it up the phone was totally bricked at that point. They claimed something other than the screen was the problem.The facts:Except for a cracked screen the phone was fully function before the screen replacement.After the phone was returned to YouBreakIFix because it was malfunctioning, they kept the phone for two days and returned the phone to me totally bricked.When I picked up the phone neither I, or my service provider, could get the phone to boot.With the exception of data on the SD card all data on the phone was lost.In my opinion this company has been a total waste of my money, time, energy and good faith.I would have included a picture but there is not much point of a pic of a phone with a black screen.

Made an appointment for 10am to replace a broken Samsung screen and was told it would be ready between 1-2pm and they would text/call to let me know. By 3:30pm, I had no communication from them so I drove back to the store. I was told the first screen they installed was defective so they had to put on another. I asked how much longer would it be and was told 30 more minutes. I waited for an hour before they brought it back out. No apology was given, just a reiteration of what was said. No reason given why there was no communication with me. Appointments don't mean much and it seemed my phone was set aside to help other people. I highly recommend sitting in the store until it's finished so they finish what they start on time.UPDATE: Hours after this review was posted, my phone number and email were signed up for moving services and so I had dozens of calls and emails from moving companies offering help with my upcoming move. Obviously I'm not moving and didn't do it myself (I especially wouldn't misspell my name). I do not think that's a coincidence at all. I won't be returning to this location.

6 days after their replacement of the protective screen for the fold 4, it fails. I contacted them and they said this happens and is common. The only good fix is to send it to Samsung which wasn't said to me. What is the point of replacing the screen protector if it fails a few days after it is replaced by them?

The first day I was told my phone would be done at 3 p.m. and there was an issue with the fix. I had to wait about an hour to be told I would have to pick it up the next day. Other than that issue, the service was great.

Setting up the appointment was initially easy, but they did a very poor job of making sure the store had all the necessary materials. The initial store did not have all the required materials, so we had to go to another store. The actual repair was great - the communications were excellent and the repair was done in a very timely fashion

The staff is always very courteous and knowledgeable. I've brought in my laptops + cell phones and have always been pleased with their customer service and service on repairs. I would definitely recommend this Duluth store.
