Very knowledgeable and helpful and nice selection in store. Went back for some work on a new trailer, and they were able to fix my trailers backup camera to stay on while driving so I can see if someone is tailgaiting and also replced the tongue jack. Very helpful. I would highly recommend if you have any issues or questions regarding anything to do with trailers, towing, or hitches. Very quick and very reasonabley priced!!!

The worst customer service,schedule an appointment to get my hitch and brake controller install for Monday at 9:00am when I got there they told me that I was late that my appointment was at 8:00 and that they will have to re schedule for Thursday the following week.So disappointed with these guys. I will never bring any business again.

I was getting a new hitch installed in prep for my new RV. I needed advice, patience, kindness and support. I found all those things here at Tow Pro. Tyler went over all the specs required and the quote came in under the RV dealer. Everybody was so nice. Everything went as planned. I would def use these guys again. I had a great experience.

I could not get a Chevy dealer aftermarket to hook up a brake system on my vehicle went to Tow Pro. They were fully knowledgeable, fully helpful and very responsive. Totally happy with the results and the package they gave me they gave me an option of a fully install version or a Wi-Fi version

I haven't actually been to TowPro in a long time. I bought a 5x10 utility trailer from them a long time ago (manufactured in 1995). That makes it 27-years-old as of this review. I left the trailer sitting in a tree row on my family's property for the last seven years. I have a need for it coming up. So, I went to retrieve it. To my surprise, other than a rotten wood floor, the trailer is still solid. The lights even work.

Quick, professional and knowledgeable about the connectivity and plug connections. Came in for a easy fix on a grounding connector and they did a complete review making sure all parts worked as required. While there they also answered questions on my 2001 F250 planned upgrades and gave suggestions.

I went to the store to buy a hitch and the reception was terrible. After getting the attention of an employee and asking if he had what he needed, he said no, requiring the questioning of another employee so that he actually decided to look for the desired product. When I found it, I said that I would take it and at the time of closing the sale I asked if he didn't cover the price of The Home Depot and his answer was totally rude and unnecessary, saying that it wasn't The Home Depot and if he wanted to buy it there. With that, I'm sure that I won't include this store in my company's supplier portfolio.
