The store is large, but there aren't as many things to buy as I expected. Still, it feels more organized than Marshalls. The line was rediculoulsly long.

Unprofessional of cashier to laugh along with customer about drama with another customer and just agitating the situation when the proper thing was to deescalate or simply not have a bias. Tasteless and shows poor management. I only came in after recommended this place to a friend to come there for last minute gifts. I will take my money and recommendations elsewhere.

The store manager Kimberly is a jewel and I hope that the corporation as a whole appreciates her. I visited the store 5/15 and Kimberly assisted me with a return. She was very patient with me and the young lady who was assisting with my return. She worked well with her team and showed good leadership qualities during my time in the store. I hope she receives a raise or some sort of reward. Thank you!

So I came in today Kim .H was my cashier she was extremely rude told me that she can’t return Marshall merchandise even though I bought two other items, so it could be a even exchange no cash return. she told me the reason because it’s a lot of work even though it’s the same company . First time I heard of this I guess I will not be shopping here and I come here all the time gotta do better on customer service guys. Thank you.

I love shopping at tjmaxx...relaxed, calm, I go through all the departments looking for offers...in this beautiful and comfortable store...there are all seasonal clothes. When you enter you can see what they have for the season, whether it's winter spring, summer and autumn varied clothing for the whole family and the little ones in the house... the household items, lingerie, bathroom, kitchen, this place is magical and the prices are affordable... the jewelry is of good quality, bags, wallets, suitcases, sunglasses sun...I recommend it in makeup, they have brands like revolution palettes and other good brands at special prices...also pajamas, underwear, all in one place
