I usually stop by Teso on my break because I work next door, but today I felt so uncomfortable shopping. I would walk into an aisle just to feel someone staring at me. Finally once I realized what was happening I saw another worker walk behind me and take a photo? or at least aim her phone behind me at the shelf. Thinking it was a coincidence I headed to checkout. Once I paid and was about to head out I asked the cashier if they had this item I've been looking for and when she directed me to another worker who could help, it was the same girl who was behind me the whole time, watching the checkout counter. I never had this happen to me before and it really left me feeling horrible. I didn't even want the items I bought anymore. I will say the girl with curly hair and a young man at the checkout area this morning were so kind and helpful, I just wish I could say the same for the others.

The store itself is a good experience. Staff is somewhat rude-ish when asked a question. Their biggest flaw is there is no bathrooms available. I was told if I needed to use the restroom to go to the coffee shop a couple of stores down. The staff is actively telling their customers to go to a different store to use their facilities. Disappointing!

This store was heaven. From Japanese candies to snacks and cosmetics. It can be hard to find this variety of Japanese product and now there’s an additional stores absolutely loved it, but it is busy!

Daphne or what ever her name is at the cashier she always there ik since im a often customer but she always have her actitude and sour face, she shouldnt be in that position since she cant smile!

After visiting Japan this store was a surprise, I really liked it. It has a large variety of items specifically from Japan. If I didn't live on the opposite side of Atlanta I would be here every week.

Was there just a few minutes ago was going to buy my cat a treat and I went to ask one of the floor employees if it was for cat because I could not tell and she gave me a ugly attitude I won’t come back and I expect people that work on the floor to at least know about items they sale

Been a regular ever since they are open but will no longer come back here. One of the female staff ( bleached hair) were rude despite we were polite customer who were trying to look for products. I don’t know how much theft they are experiencing but this time this girl literally watch our every move while we shop. When i grab one of the boxes to look, the lid felt out gently and she came nagged at me with an unpleasant manner. I told her the lid felt off by itself and she snatched the box, ignore us, but still spy on us like we were gonna commit some sort of crime. Ruined our night.

Loved this place until two male associates thought it was okay to follow me around the entire store.
