Had a semi-final game and my racket strings broke when I was practicing that morning. Howard took me in right away in Labor Day, replaced my strings and had my racket ready for my match. Great guy, great cusomter service. Taught me a lot of cool things. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Very quick to respond to questions and extremely knowledgeable about rackets, grommets, and strings. Knew every detail of my +/-30 year old racket. Custom grommeted my racket since grommets are no longer available and also restrung. The end result was perfection; highly attentive to detail. Couldn't be happier, thank you!
