Please explain why the self checkout was closed this morning when I visited the store around 10:30. It took more time to stand in line to pay for my purchase than it did to walk through the store in order to get what I needed. It does not make sense to have all of your customers with only a few items stand in line behind customers with full carts. I’m usually a Target fan but today you were giving Walmart customer service.

They shut down self-checkout because of too much theft, which I understand. But they should at least compensate by having more employees at the registers.

Usually pretty well stocked, bathrooms are fairly clean. Parking is small.

This store sucks!! I placed an order for an x box x series, and an hour later I got an email saying that my order was canceled without specific reason, I try to speak to someone over the phone to see what was the issue but no one picked the phone, now I gotta wait for my money to return into my account and cancel the games I ordered on Amazon ?

I enjoy shopping at Target because the stores are always clean and I can find what I'm looking for pretty easily. Unfortunately, during today's visit it wasn't so pleasant. I found two items at Walmart that were significantly lower in price and the Target sales associate indicate he would price match. After I checked my receipt I noticed that he had not applied the price match and I was overcharged by more than $11.00. What a bummer. I will be returning these items for the corrected prices. Lesson: review your receipt before leaving the store.

When I was at the Starbucks located inside the store I came across a sign for the new BLUE summer berry drink. So I ordered the drink and the worker gave me the strawberry açaí (which is pink) with the raspberry pearls. The summer berry drink is BLUE and NOT pink. And the worker dared to charge me $6.05 (price of summer berry drink)and the strawberry açaí is $4.95. There was a ridiculously long line so I couldn’t not get it fixed.

I don't really usually do reviews but I think this time it deserves it. Today I was at Target doing a return and shopping and when I left the store I had doubts about it so I went back to talk to the lady who helped me and I was really amazed in such a patient and polite way that he explained everything to me, super professional, friendly. I consider myself a respectful and kind person and on some occasions making a simple purchase without problems I have not received the same treatment but for the first time I had doubts regarding the purchase and how good it felt to be treated well, respectful, professional, humane. I feel that this lady knew how to handle the situation in the best possible way. I was very surprised since I feel that good customer service has been lost and this lady She knew how to do her job very well, I wish I knew her name because she really is a good worker. I was having a bad day and this lady with her good attitude made the day better

I felt that I had to write this review! Today was the 3rd occasion I had to call this store. Again like all the other occasions noone answers the phone. I spoke with the Manager Thanya when I arrived and told her this is the 3rd time I have had to call with noone picking up she then points to the Customer Service counter and says noone is there. Im like how that ok??? If a customer needs to call for whatever reason someone needs to be available. She stated she understands I’m sure if she did, she went about her business when I left. I think I would be going to other Targets in the area that truly care about Customer Service.

Employees are RACIST. Worst customer service. Me, my wife and son stood in line for 25 minutes. Lady cashier rang up all the African Americans and when I got to her she said she was closed, knowing I was standing in line fornthat long.
