Usually I gave great service here and I understand it's Christmas but the woman at the "pick up" customer service desk was extremely rude. So busy looking at a single item (plush cat she couldn't find on her phone) to restock she couldn't be bothered with customers. There appears to be an area for "pick up" and one for returns but she looked at me like I lost my mind when I dare walk in front of her. Only response "line is over there". Not sure when target became Walmart but at the Johns Creek location it has happened. Hope Publix is not next.

Probably one of the worst Targets. The worst most unhelpful employee in the Electronics/media section. I wanted a CD that was released a few days ago and the CD section at this store is always terrible. They never stock them on the shelves. I will check the website to see if it's in stock. It's a pain they keep everything in the back so you HAVE to ask a staff to help you get it. Usually the staff will help me get an item from the back or at least go check on the back. But this time, a male staff refused to. I showed him the app that showed this store's available inventory. He had the nastiest attitude and said that means they don't have it. He wouldn't even go check and just waved me off. I come to this store a lot and I check the store inventory online. They never stock the shelves but will help me check if I ask. But not this staff. I was upset by his attitude and this caused me to drive to another Target. Where there was a wonderful staff who was able to find me the CD in the back when I asked. I think he was just unwilling to help and wouldn't help me locate an item even though they clearly had it stocked. Thankfully I found the CD elsewhere. Stay away from this Target if you need any help at all. I was able to get great service at the Alpharetta Target.

This target is a hit or miss. The employees always look like they hate their lives. The clothing aisles always look a hot mess. I was very upset seeing they've seemed to stop carrying baby nursery water but the Target in Alpharetta carries it so kinda confusing. The only pro is it's so close to my house but they're always lacking customer service skills.

Was in the area and came here looking for a clothes iron and an ironing board to buy.Lots of parking in a large lot that is shared by all of the neighboring businesses in the same strip mall that Target is in. This Target seems to be a very popular and busy store.I walked around in the store, and apparently passed the part of the store where the irons and boards were located. I stopped to ask an employee where these items were, and told me where they were. His directions were perfect, because I found the section quickly. I noticed how clean and organized this store was as I walked through it. Surprisingly, there were various clothes irons on the shelf, with a wide variety of of prices. They all looked like they were of good to great quality, so I chose the one that I thought would be best for me. There was only one ironing board, and I picked that up too.Checking out was easy; I did self check out. A helpful employee came by, thinking I needed help checking out. Actually, there was a pop up screen that asked me if I wanted to pay extra for an extended warranty, and I was thinking about whether or not it was a good idea to get it when the employee came to me and asked if I needed help. I thought it was great that one of the employees was doing her job.Overall a great experience for me.

I love the drive up feature. So easy. The attendant even helped me to locate another item at another location. Sometimes your day is so busy that you need a quick interaction. Such a time saver.

They are undergoing a store decor update and as a result the men's section has been reduced to half of what it was. They have used the space to expand the woman's section. I don't get it; men shop too. We wear cloths.

I am a Shipt Shopper and it can be hard finding items that customers are requesting. A few days ago, I was hard at work when an item was not only not present, the entire cooler was empty. My spidy senses kicked in and I asked a technician nearby what the issue was. Unfortunately, the cooler wasn't properly working and he was fixing it, so all the items had to be removed. I wasn't sure if this meant 86'd or just moved to the back.. I was thankful for HALEY!! I told her my item(s) and concern and she did not hesitate to help. Even though she was busy stocking, she stopped her task to go to the back and check for | grab my items. I was so thankful for her kindness, helpfulness, and promptness. Keep up the great work Haley! 5 stars! We Need More Haley's in this world!

I love this target! I always have a great experience with all the workers. Everything is always organized. I had an especially great experience with my cashier Darnetta!

The workers at this Starbucks location are VERY rude!! Stopped by to grab an iced mocha, the girl that made my drink was extremely rude. She made the mocha hot to which I requested iced and when I corrected her (which I promise I was calm and nice) she sighed deeply paused and look at me as if the error was on my part or as if I was an issue. She was more concerned with talking to the lady that she knew that was ahead of me to which she also ended up making her drink incorrectly as well. She then grabbed another cup aggressively pumped syrup into it, basically threw the ice into my cup threw in the milk half way put the top on slammed it on the table and then pushed it toward me with the straw. The ONLY reason I DID NOT address the bad service with her is because of the virus and me not wanting to take my mask off in public. It was rude, I didn't appreciate it and the drink was horrible. I'm really only writing this review because I didn't get to address the issue with her in person which is honestly what I prefer to do.

I like this Target. It's clean and organized and the associates who I come in contact with are always pleasant. I especially like how they didn't slack off on the Covid-19 practices like a lot of other businesses have done. They still have an associate at the door cleaning and wiping carts and offering one to customers who enter. I appreciate that. Also, everyone had on masks appropriately. I can't give 5 stars because they will be out of items (not Covid related) that I need. Overall, I'm good with them.

Service associate was rude. I was looking for the pickup section, and saw a small sign next to a shopping cart. The associate, who was *not* wearing a mask, did not smile or ask me if I needed to pickup. After I looked around again 2-3x to make sure this was the right place, he just said "what? ", before I questioned him if this was the place for local pickup. Brought my stuff out, also did not get me a cart. I got my own cart. He left my items on the ground, and left. Rude!!

I went there to buy a tv and the girl with short hair said they don't have in stock and told me to go to Buford store to get it, when I got home I called them and ask for the availability of the same tv and the guy said they do have it in stock, now I can't buy it because it's too late and they're about to close. Waste of time and money, poor customer service, I'm pretty sure the girl just didn't want to carry with the tv.

The associate with the long curly hair who mans the self checkouts at this location has been consistently rude and short tempered especially during these Covid-19 times. Everyone else seems to be extremely pleasant and patient during these unusual times but time and time again her temperament is less than desirable. Odd area of responsibility for her to to be in (the forefront of direct customer service interaction) with such a nasty attitude. Almost made me drop everything on the spot and leave. Definitely will be taking my business to CVS or Walmart rather than give them my $. Clearly they don't want my business.

From my experience at this target they have the true put the customer first attitude. The employees are friendly and helpful and the managers make a point to honor the best deals and make sure their customers leave happy ( and in my case, return often!) They price match with a smile and will actually help you look for anything you need help with instead of just throw an isle number at you. I never leave here disappointed!

One star because I couldn't give "0". I went in for a vacuum cleaner and left with nothing. Manager L*** and lost prevention T***** admitted that cashier Raquel violated a store policy by opening my bag and "checking" for additional security tags. I hadn't even left the register or slid my card. I had a vacuum, 3 super cheap items, and 2 additional items still in my cart to be purchased with my HSA. Raquel ignored 3 other women who had health and beauty items as well. No apology from Raquel If you're black get back, you may get profiled... I just wanted to vacuum Shepherd fur out of my son's carpet
