BEWARE, PLEASE READ!!In late January, I went with my family to this T-Mobile location to inquire about switching from our current provider (AT&T) to T-Mobile. We were quickly seated, and the employee there began talking about the various plans they had. We explained we wanted to switch providers as we all wanted new phones but were looking for more affordable plans compared to AT&T. Mind you, our monthly plan for AT&T was fairly priced at less than $200. As we discussed, the employees got confused and switched up a lot of the words they were conveying to us in the selected plan (which should have been an alarming red flag at this point), but we complied as they offered us three new S24s with no trade-ins (we got to keep our current phones along with getting a new one) and a new iPhone 15 with trade-ins (Apple's policy differed from Samsung's, they said) with lines included. We immediately thought this was a significantly better deal than what we would be able to get at AT&T and settled on a monthly plan of approximately $250, which is higher than what we were currently paying for, but they assured us we would be given $200 to be taken off our next monthly bill or used for in-store credit. Fast forward around a month; our first monthly bill comes in, and we notice the total is around THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS, almost double what we previously paid at AT&T. We immediately tried to contact T-Mobile customer support, and they explained to us that with the plan we chose, we were only getting two free lines instead of four (aka, we were still paying for half of the phones, adding around an extra $100 to our bill), and on top of that, the "$200 back" mention by the employee was not an actual promotion offered by T-Mobile. In the end, T-Mobile could no longer change our plan because we had surpassed the return/cancellation period, and the processes to retrieve our old phones to switch back would be lengthy. The employees we spoke with additionally never mentioned their names or had IDs; I am not sure if this was common practice, but looking back, it was definitely fishy.My family is not rich, but they're also not stupid, so the moral of the story is: please DO NOT shop at this location or switch to T-Mobile at all. I can assure you from this experience that if you are looking for a good, quality network, AT&T was amazing, and neither me nor my family had any problems with their connection or phones in general.

The team here is the best! I come here at least 3 times a week and Madison, Dani, and Sierra always help me with my needs with the biggest smiles on their faces! Customer Satisfaction is their #1 goal here. This store is hands down the best T-mobile store in Georgia.

DO NOT COME HERE! Trust the reviews and know that the customer service has not gotten any better. This store is empty for a reason and smells like a ChuckECheese. The staff member assisting me decided to go half way across the room take a seat while I am on the phone with customer service to get the information requested. As I am yelling across the room to relay the information I asked if he could come over to where I was originally being serviced because communicating across the room was becoming difficult. I also could not hear him through his mask. He let me know that I should have walked over to him and he shouldn't have needed to get up. He also let me know that I could go to another store for better service. SO I INDEED LEFT. Save yourself the headache

Wow!! In my 30+ years as a cellular customer I've never met a salesman more informative and helpful than Chase! He didn't pressure me or push me in any way, but instead answered all my questions in language that I could understand. He did all the math too!! ?I was able to upgrade our phones and her a more a affordable rate plan.Chase went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure all of our devices were working and ported over, taking his personal time even after the store closed. I cannot thank Chase enough for making this hassle free for me and alleviating my stress!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Astrid was an amazing worker , staying late to help me with my problems on my new phone. She was an asking worker that helped me and my wife with the process of getting our new phones transferred. She was very professional and nice . From now on I’m only going to this T -mobile store not 2161 Pleasant Hill Rd Duluth because they very so rude there and Made us want to go to another t-mobile!

I walked in and the employees just stood there talking no other customers here and all I'm here is to pay my phone bill I've been here for 20mins and the lady said I'll be with you in a moment worst T-mobile I've been too

I used to go to the TMobile by Assi Plaza, but once it closed, I decided to give this location a try. I was able to upgrade my phone and was blatantly deceived by the rep that adding an apple watch line would be free after 3 months of adding it to my plan. I talked to TForce on Twitter to confirm this and it appears I’m stuck with the watch line for 24 months, essentially not making the watch free. Last time I shop at this location

Had the worst experience I had 4 lines and each month one of those lines won't work no data no service. Called about it and no help gave it some time finally moved companies. I over paid my phone and bill have a credit for $70 for 5 months now and been calling to get this refunded and nothing they told me I was denied for a refund. How are you going to deny my own money at this point I am really feed up. I call keep trying to tell them my card doesn't work because it had fraudulent activities had to get a new card but they don't listen and keeps trying to refund the same card asked for my banking information keeps saying that they are going to put in a new request and now going into 6 months with out my money. So if your thinking about coming to t-mobile think twice they are quick to take your money but take years to refund what is owe to you.
