I was in search of new hardware for my master bathroom and a friend suggested I try Suwanee Decorative Hardware. I made an appointment with Faith and she listened to what type of style and color I was looking for. I showed her the light fixtures and mirrors I was using and she said she had the perfect hardware to complement them. Great customer service and great selection. I will be back again to see Faith when I get ready to redo my guest bathroom. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping with Faith at Suwanee Decorative Hardware!

Great service, great selection, quick receipt of orders! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND making an appointment with Faith! I ordered a stainless steel door knob from Build.com two weeks ago and it still hadn't shown up. I called them and they said another two weeks which didn't work. I called Suwanee hardware, they confirmed the item was available and could get to me in 2-3 days. Being only one state away, it showed up this morning literally next day. Suwanee now has our shop's business for hardware needs.

It's so rare these days to get even basic assistance that I felt compelled to thank Faith here for her professionalism, accessibility, intelligence and just plain niceness and her help in tracking down pocket door locksets. She was incredibly knowledgeable about product options and, once we nailed down what I needed, she went the extra mile. The usual supplier would have taken weeks to ship. Jenna helped me with door handlesets when Pella and Lowes couldn't! This can be a complicated process with much information you can get wrong when picking out the right set, thankfully I found Jenna who made the process smooth! Not to mention half the cost from Lowes:) Thank you Jenna!!

With their help, I bought high-end leversets on DoorHardwareUSA.com. And when I experienced repeated quality and service issues with a deadbolt from one of their suppliers, Suwanee stepped-up and resolved the issues to my satisfaction.
