I placed an order for expensive floral delivery over the weekend to be delivered to my spouse on Valentines Day. Upon checking my daily bank text this morning I noticed something was off. Upon further investigation I realized my floral order had been canceled WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. When I contacted the woman who run's Susan Flowers and asked why my order was canceled without notification she claimed that the transaction was fraudulent. When I asked her why it came up as fraudulent she said she didn't know. When I asked her when why I didn't get a notification of the cancelation her response was that there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. When I attempted to call back thinking it could have just been a accidental phone disconnection she ignored my call. Don't bother shopping here for Valentine's day it's clear this woman isn't able to handle the orders and just starts canceling them without notification or accountability.UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: My payment was not declined. You received the money out of my account and REFUNDED IT, bank statements don't lie. Also there is no point in calling you when you already ignored my previous call.

Mrs. Susan is very sweet!I came looking for a clear vase for the flowers of my beloved one and was looking for the biggest vase. She kindly showed me that the best vase was the middle size, not too big, not too small, just perfect!Also, flowers are all beautiful! Not more than my beloved one tho ?I will be buying my flowers here from now on! 9999999% recommended!

Haven't shopped inside yet. Mask required. Hand sanitizer @ the door. A friend & I met up just to eat in the food court. Yes! It's that serious with authentic Korean food. We both served in the military & used to live in Korea for a couple years. There were up to 5 independent businesses. A few are hot bowls & traditional dishes. Sushi. Chinese. One bakery with great Black Rose Tea Latte (I want it right now). For two people to eat it cost $23.50 roughly without drinks. We didn't even want to fill our stomachs with anything else. I'm talking about huge portions you can eat twice. BiBimBop with spicy Bulgogi chicken. All the veggie sides & a miso soup. My buddy got a dumpling & noodle dish. Returning for lunch this week!!

This is the worst supermarket I have ever been!!!! If it is possible, I will rate 0! 0!0! The goods marked price down, it's not true! You have to check the price at check out because when they scan it, they sell it at full price! The customer service is terrible! A man who is working at the customer service desk, said he was the manager. When we have a question about the marked down price at check out, he yelled at us rudely "if you don't like the price, don't buy it! Go go go! We won't check it for you!" OMG!!!! Should they treat customers this way? I am not the first one, all of my friends said this happened to them before! We Won't go there anymore! Unless they fire the rude man!

Came here to try Korean corn dogs for the first time, very impressed! The mini food court in H-Mart was very clean, and had many COVID-19 safety procedures in place! The corn dogs were made fresh to order so it was the best first experience, and it was only $3-$4 for a corn dog!!!! I also ordered traditional Teoboki since it smelled so good! It was surprisingly not as spicy as everyone makes it seem, it was very savory and the rice cakes were made in house as well! Definitely a great place to grab a quick snack, worth the amount!

I've been shopping this place for over 12 yrs now and still go this place. Since i've been here so long, I know where to go to get what I need. As korean I spend lot of money to get food from here and most of time I'm happy except few.Customer, be aware when you buy family pack ribs from here. One family pack is about around $50-60 and normally buy three to four pack for the event. They look pretty good from outside but that is only top layer of meat. Once you open package and took top layer to see under, it's all crappy garbage ribs. More bones than meat!!! I call their HO customer services to file complain about this and they said find out and call me back and never contact me...Since there is another korean market called Sion market near, I will buy from there and all the other grocery. Disappointed very much!!!!!!!!
