Not good customer service. They do not answer the phones, make you feel a deposit slip ticket when you have the business stamp on the back of the check. I’ve deposited checks for more than 5 years to our account and I’ve never had to fill out a deposit slip. This is the only Truist that makes you fill out a slip when you don’t need to.

Truist is the absolute worst. They will freeze ALL your accounts for a check that they want to verify. Instead of doing what ALL other banks do which is DO NOT clear that check until it is verified. By the way, they won’t tell you your accounts are frozen, how ever they will let your accounts keep accepting funds but they won’t let you take any money out. Completely fraudulent. Stay away. And they want to preach that they are the best bank for Small businesses. By the way my Accounts are still frozen going on week 2. With thousands of dollars in the account for an $800 check. SCAM !!!!

Friday afternoon and you only have one teller working inside and drive thru. But 3 personal bankers just sit in their office and don’t help. 45 mins just to deposit money.

People is friendly her the only problem i have they always have People waiting to long is always 1 teller for 7 costumers they have the bankers siting just looking when they have been tellers in the pass....

I've been here multiple times to gain access to my online account. Spoke to a bank clerk and a banker. None of my issues were resolved. Had to make a trip here since the Truist bank ATM close to my residence' address was out of service and no way I was going to waste another hour of my time just to deal with the same unresolved ongoing issues. My account went negative & even over the phone automated services could pull up the charges made in my account.

$8 to cash a check from their bank because I dont have an account with them!? What non sence is this. Then, I have the nerve to ask if I want to open an account with them. Absolutely not! I guess they have to pay for that 2 inch thick glas separating the customers from the staff. They have "I dont trust you!" Written all over them. Why would I ever open an account when you treat me like I am out to rob you?

I went here to cash a check and service was great. The banker was very sweet and had a great conversation with me making the transaction smooth! The bank is located in a great busy location with a lot of parking and accessible off of the Main Street and near the highways.

This team at Truist Bank makes it happen every single time. Great team to work with. They don't only take our deposits but look out for us as a small local business. New product that will benefit us and help us grow. Being a business owner at times we are busy on the field and its nice to know we have a team looking out for us with all of our banking needs and making sure we are enrolled in any learning opportunity that can benefit us or product. IF YOUR A BUSINESS OWNER THIS BRANCH IS A MUST.

Never get anything right. This is not a bank. The people are so not interested to help anyone. Everyone is always waiting more that 1 hour. They need to hire staff and maintain speed service. It seem like they way they approach you it’s like you own them something or they just don’t care. Or shut this place done !!!Twice !!! Straight up very rude out loud poor customer service.

Their online banking frequently disconnects from online accounting software, like QuickBooks Online, even after repeated login attempts and verification codes entered. The message "try again in a few hours" really means try again in a few days. Phone calls to the branch don't resolve any of the issues as they claim it's a technical issue. With all the bank fees paid to them, why can't they resolve these frequent issues? My other banks never have this problem.

So I have been waiting in a huge line. I have waiting about 30 minutes and the one teller of two lets a customer cut in front of everyone and helps him. There never seems to be anyone in charge here.
